We are Barbara and Giovanni, and for many years, we have passionately embraced a lifestyle centered around respect for the environment and all forms of life. Through our dedication and the sacrifices made by our families, we have fulfilled our dream of building an eco-friendly home and opening an organic Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the morainic hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Garda. Our house is entirely constructed from bioclimatic wood using eco-sustainable materials, designed to minimize environmental impact and ensure low energy consumption. We have selected solutions that honor nature and promote the well-being of our guests. We utilize solar panels to heat both the domestic water and the water for underfloor heating, opting for a water-based system that avoids the use of glycol and the issues related to its disposal. During winter, our heat recovery system allows us to maintain a healthy indoor environment without unnecessary thermal loss. We collect rainwater to irrigate the garden and supply the toilets, thereby reducing waste. Outside, permeable pavements enable rainwater to naturally filter into the ground, respecting the water cycle. We have opted not to install air conditioning to protect our health and the environment, while the electrical system is designed to accommodate a disconnect switch, further ensuring the well-being of those who live in our home. Welcoming you to our Bed and Breakfast means sharing a life project that prioritizes nature, respect, and tranquility, providing an authentic experience of sustainable tourism.
