The B&B Campaciol welcomes guests in an ancient chalet built in 1864, rejuvenated through a meticulous renovation that has preserved the original larch wood structure while enhancing eco-friendly materials and renewable energy sources. This home is situated at an altitude of 1900 meters, on the outskirts of Livigno, at the entrance to the Forcola and Val Nera valleys. A free urban bus stop, just a short walk away, provides convenient access to the town center and ski slopes in every season.

Inside, the heart of the home is the “Sctua da la Pigna,” a cozy and authentic space warmed by a stone stove, where breakfast is served and guests can enjoy moments of reading and relaxation. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The rooms, each featuring unique characteristics, retain the original spirit of the chalet. The “Sctua da Maria” is intimate and filled with the aroma of aged wood, complete with a private bathroom and shower. The “Sctua da Damìn” is bright and spacious, overlooking the woods and peaks, with a meticulously designed bathroom. The “Sctua dal Mika” captivates with its natural spruce loft and original beams, accommodating four people and featuring a large shower.

Upon waking, a rich and wholesome alpine breakfast awaits, featuring local products such as milk, butter, and yogurt from the Latteria di Livigno, homemade jams and cakes, freshly baked bread, honey from Valtellina, artisanal cured meats, and mountain cheeses, along with hot beverages, juices, fruit, and cereals.

Nestled in the tranquility of nature, B&B Campaciol is the perfect starting point for excursions along the cycling and walking paths or the numerous trails that traverse the valleys. In winter, the cross-country ski trail begins right outside the house, offering a direct experience with the snow-covered landscape.
