This establishment is the result of a careful artisanal restoration carried out in accordance with tradition by “Mastro Toni,” who has successfully revitalized an ancient stone building from the 1700s, infusing it with life and charm.

The courtyard features five apartments and one room, each with a private bathroom, cozy interiors, and modern amenities. Some accommodations include a kitchenette, making them ideal for independent and extended stays, whether for leisure or work. The ambiance reflects the authenticity of the countryside, characterized by tranquility, freedom, and simplicity, yet enhanced with comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, safe, luggage storage, barbecue facilities, a bread and pizza oven, a ping-pong table, and a spacious park with a gazebo.

Every morning, upon request, guests can enjoy a generous breakfast featuring sweet and savory options, including homemade cakes, local cold cuts, and products from the farm. This service costs €7 per person per day, free for children up to 10 years old, with discounts available for large families.

From Thursday to Sunday, guests can savor typical dishes from the local tradition in the evenings, meticulously prepared and paired with wines from the agriturismo and nearby wineries. The menu is fixed and requires reservation, with an average price of €35 per person in an intimate setting with table coverings. On Fridays and Saturdays, dinners become special occasions to indulge in the authentic flavors of the region.

The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas: the medieval villages of Castellaro Lagusello and Borghetto, both ranked among the most beautiful in Italy, can be reached in just a few minutes.
