This 40 square meter apartment is located in the area of Ponzate, in a peaceful hillside environment less than 5 km from the center of Como. The interiors are modern and comfortable: the sleeping area features a double bed and a single bed with Memory foam mattresses, while the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a sofa bed. Both spaces are independently air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a bidet, and there is an option to use a washer-dryer for a fee. Guests also have access to a video intercom, a security door, and a badge to activate the electricity.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a microwave, and small appliances like a coffee machine, a citrus juicer, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as pots and cooking utensils for self-catering. Parking is free and available along the road in a secure and quiet setting.

Nearby, there is a well-stocked mini-market and a pub-restaurant, while within a 3 km radius, guests can choose from traditional trattorias and more upscale dining options. The location is also perfect for outdoor enthusiasts: the surrounding woods offer trails for hiking or mountain biking, and Brunate, famous for its views over Lake Como, Brianza, and nearby Switzerland, is just 5 km away.

Getting around is easy: the center of Como can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, and the bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment, providing access to the city in approximately 40 minutes, although the service is not frequent, so having a personal vehicle is recommended.
