Il Bel Giardinetto

In Besozzo, nestled in the lush heart of Lombardy and just a short drive from Lake Maggiore and Lake Varese, the bed and breakfast Il Bel Giardinetto invites guests to enjoy an authentic and relaxing environment. This house, dating back to the 1920s and lovingly renovated by Sylviane, combines the charm of the past with modern comfort, ensuring a pleasant stay immersed in tranquility.

The two rooms, both double and featuring private bathrooms, are carefully decorated to provide peace and rest. The larger blue room can accommodate a third bed upon request, while the cozy and bright green room overlooks the surrounding greenery. Upstairs, a sunny terrace encourages reading or a relaxing break, and the garden boasts a swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warmer days.

Each morning, a generous breakfast featuring organic, locally-sourced products is served: fresh bread, yogurt, jams, cereals, seasonal fruits, natural juices, coffee, tea, and plant-based drinks. Cheese, cold cuts, and options for special dietary needs are also available upon request.

Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. Guests can enjoy a refrigerator on the ground floor, parking facilities, a cot and high chair for children, as well as personalized information and recommendations for exploring the area: from the Borromean Islands to the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, from Laveno to Stresa, and including the Angera Fortress and the elegant Villa Taranto.

During the warmer months, breakfast is served on the terrace. Arrival times should be arranged in advance, preferably between 4 PM and 8 PM, with departure expected by 10 AM. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. In the summer, a minimum stay of three nights is accepted. Credit cards are not accepted, and all rooms are designated as non-smoking.
