You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Other notes

It is forbidden to organise party or meetings and it is forbidden to smoke. Pets are not allowed. Silent must be respected from 23.00 till 06.00. Only the person Who comunicate his identity document can stay in the appartament. The object let in the appartament at the experation of the stay can be taken away.
If the payment has not been made in advance, you will make it cash on arrival before the check-in.

We hebben hier overnacht op doorreis van Nederland naar Italie (Toscane). Alles was goed verzorgd en de kinderen (4 en 2) hebben ook heerlijk geslapen.

La signora Manuela è carinissima, è stata molto gentile ospitale e disponibile. L'appartamento bellino, grande e non manca nulla. Ottimo, lo consiglio.
