Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax is included in room rates
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Al vostro arrivo prenderete visione delle regole della casa e sarà vostra cura rispettarle, pena l'allontanamento dalla struttura.
Sarà richiesto il pagamento di una caparra di Euro 50,00 in contanti per lo smarrimento della chiave.
Per soggiorni superiori a 7 gg verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale di Euro 300,00 per eventuali danni.
Per soggiorni superiori a 3 gg, al momento della conferma della prenotazione, sarà richiesto il versamento di un acconto pari al 30% dell'importo totale.
