Agnes's house is a cozy family-run bed and breakfast, ideal for a short getaway or a stay during business trips. Our establishment blends Italian and German culture with warm hospitality, characterized by courtesy and simplicity, which are our hallmarks.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, equipped with private bathrooms, televisions, and natural cotton linens, which are changed midweek. Each bathroom features either a shower or a bathtub, along with soap and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy a comfortable relaxation area with a bilingual library (Italian and German) and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

The property also offers a private courtyard and a large outdoor garden, enriched with a fruit orchard. The breakfast is plentiful and made with local and seasonal products, including jams, cakes, and homemade pastries, along with a selection of coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and fruit juices. Cookies, toast, brioche, and butter complete the offerings. In the summer, breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors in the garden upon request.
