The accommodations, completed and furnished in 2022, consist of four studio apartments with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and panoramic outdoor areas, as well as two two-bedroom apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, and lake-view terraces. Each unit is creatively decorated, repurposing and enhancing furnishings and items that have been given a new lease on life.

At the heart of the property is a multifunctional hall of about 70 square meters, perfect for workshops, holistic activities, private and corporate events, equipped with technical facilities and modular furniture. Upon request, the internal professional kitchen can be utilized for dinners, tastings, and ceremonies for up to 60 guests, highlighting local products and homemade dishes made from zero-kilometer ingredients.

The elevated location, accessible via the picturesque Via Lucis, offers a 360-degree view that encompasses nearly the entire lake basin, from the waters of Garda to the surrounding mountains. This area is ideal for those who enjoy trekking, cycling, water sports, and gastronomic experiences, with attractions such as the Vittoriale degli Italiani and the historic center of Salò just a short distance away.

Leading the hospitality is Rubina, who grew up in a family with over a century of tradition in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
