Description
We are in Solferino, in the green oasis of the Morainic Hills in the province of Mantua, just 10 kilometres from Lake Garda. Uncontaminated nature that makes a perfect backdrop for enchanting medieval towns, Romanesque parishes, ancient villas and castles..

The Holiday Farm Complex is owned by Anna and Vittorio Serenelli, and is situated in an enormous holding belonging to the family, whose farming traditions date back to the Veronese nobility at the end of the XII century.

Situated among woods, open fields and widespread vines, the buildings of "Le Sorgive" and "Le Volpi" are two 19th century farm buildings that have been restructured to offer the guest a holiday based on wellbeing, relaxation and fun.

Guests may choose to stay in comfortable rooms or mini-flats. With its variety of farm produce, the restaurant offers the delicacies of genuine cuisine in a well laid-out and welcoming setting.

Those who are more dynamic can make use of the gym, riding school, and spaces and equipment for all types of open-air leisure activities. The structure is also suitable for business meetings.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 4 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Beautiful farmhouse, immersed in nature and among animals, but very convenient to reach Lake Garda, Mantova, Parco Sigurta, Gardaland, etc. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with every comfort. The outdoor area is beautiful, as well as the well-kept pool. The riding school is wonderful! Also, the restaurant is recommended. The owners and staff are very kind.

A beautiful farmhouse, quality food made for the vast majority "in house": few but excellent and quality proposals. A few km from Lake Garda but in the quiet countryside. Large swimming pool and attentive and welcoming staff.

We stayed only one night and we had a very good time, rooms and facility clean, very kind and helpful staff. We ate at the restaurant inside 'Le Sorgive e Le Volpi', home cooking and kindness and availability here too. Adequate prices! Very suitable for children who can see horses, ponies, goats, geese, and chickens. Among the various activities offered, we chose the horseback ride through the hills. Highly recommended!

Splendido posto, animali e maneggio da visitare ottimo per i bambini, diversi sentieri dove addentrarsi per passeggiate nella natura. Appartamento pulito, fori mito di tutto il necessario (pentole, coperte, biancheria bagno, tele etc). Ottima colazione, personale molto gentile.

Vacanza di famiglia. Volevamo un posto immerso nella natura e qui si è accontentati. Camera pulita, funzionale e meravigliosa. Letto doppio matrimoniale a soppalco, i bimbi erano stra felici. Condizionatore e wifi. Piscina a 300 metri. Circondati dai cavalli. Possibilità di equitazione e tiro con l'arco. Possibilità di prenotare la cena. Sono stata 3 giorni con la mia famiglia, il posto è molto bello, il personale accogliente e gentile, la casa pulita e attrezzata di tutto. A pochi passi ce la piscina e un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo, ottimo con bambini, mia figlia si è divertita tantissimo. consiglio... da provare assolutamente!

Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile. Il mio bimbo si è divertito parecchio sia in piscina che con gli animali. Gli è piaciuto tantissimo il cane "bagnino".

Prenotato a caso, ma posso solo dire che sono stata molto soddisfatta. La stanza era molto spaziosa per non parlare del bagno e ben puliti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e il nostro cucciolone ha avuto la possibilità di giocare in uno splendido giardino e di fare bellissime passeggiate. Colazione con pane appena sfornato e dolci "favolosi". Cena ottima e personale molto cortese. Lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in quiete ne relax.
