Welcome to Pianazzola Located in Pianazzola, a village over Chiavenna city, B & B Vecchiascuola offers beautiful rooms and a restaurant. Wi-Fi throughout on site are free of charge. Pianazzola is a small village in the mountains top of Chiavenna with 50 people living there. (5km from Chiavenna) Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The building was previously a Primary School for the kids living in the village until 1981.

Ehemalige Schule, die sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet wurde, die größeren Zimmer mit Küchenausstattung zum selber kochen. Sie liegt in einem alten Bergdorf (mit dem Auto in 10 Min. gut erreichbar) mit wunderschöner Aussicht nach Süden auf Chiavenna und die umliegende Berge. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und servieren ein excellentes Frühstück, außerdem gibt es im Haus ein Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche.

Die Lage hoch über Chiavenna ist spektakulär, die Stadt eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Himmelsrichtungen (Maloja, Soglio, Comer See, Spluga- Pass und viele Seitentäler). Für den Weg zur Unterkunft ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Die Gastgeber sorgen freundlich und aufmerksam für ihre Gäste. Das Restaurant direkt im Haus bietet neben der filmreifen Aussicht feines Essen zu sehr zivilen Preisen.

Nach einem urigen Aufstieg von Chiavenna durch Kastanienhaine haben wir das rustikale und urtümliche kleine Bergdorf Pianazzola erreicht. Die spezielle Unterkunft, die ehemalige Dorfschule ist mit viel Liebe und Charme umgebaut und eingerichtet. Als Zugabe geniesst man eine atemberaubende Aussicht.
