The B&B Villa Albonico is located in Laglio, a charming village overlooking Lake Como, about 10 km from the city. Established in 2004, it is one of the area's first bed and breakfasts, where family hospitality blends with genuine and attentive service.

Nestled in tranquility, away from busy roads and surrounded by gardens and vegetable patches, the B&B can only be reached on foot via a short staircase from the lake, next to the Church of San Giuseppe, or by descending from the scenic road leading to Switzerland, Valtellina, and the Alps.

The establishment offers a mini apartment featuring a double bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a small terrace with a lake view, as well as a spacious double room, also with a terrace, equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed for potential triple occupancy. Both accommodations share a large bathroom. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a double room with a lake view.

The B&B serves as an excellent starting point for hikes along ancient trails leading to Laglio, Carate, and Monte Colmegnone (1383m), as well as the rocky cliffs of Murelli, which are ideal for climbing enthusiasts. For those seeking relaxation, the lake is just a short walk away, providing opportunities for swimming and sunbathing.

Check-in is recommended by 6:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM. Upon request, a crib with sides for children is available.

In 2011, we initiated the project "Le Officine del Buon Gusto," aimed at enhancing local culinary specialties. By renovating the kitchen and tasting room, we aimed to maintain the authenticity of the venue while incorporating modern elements. The outcome is a warm and inviting space designed to provide our visitors with a memorable experience.

Peaceful and surrounded by nature, with gardens and orchards, Villa Albonico is easily accessible via a short walk from the Old Queen Teodolinda Road. It serves as the perfect starting point to discover the most famous spots around Lake Como, whether by bike or boat. From the property, visitors can embark on easy walks or more challenging routes to explore the charming historic villages nearby, or venture into the rugged wild valleys that lead to the "Murelli" (well-known climbing walls) and Monte Colmegnone (1385 meters). For those who enjoy sunbathing or swimming, the lake is just a short distance away.
