Nestled in the rolling hills of the Marche region, this early 20th-century farmhouse offers breathtaking views that extend from the hilltops to the sea, encompassing the Gulf of Ancona and touching the horizon of the Sibillini Mountains. Its elevated and scenic location makes it an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and a connection with nature.

Thoughtfully restored while honoring its agricultural history, the farmhouse retains the authentic charm of a bygone era. Every detail evokes the warm ambiance of the past, from the rocking chairs to the wooden bench, the mezzanine to the lanterns, and the lace canopies. Each element tells a story of simplicity and warmth, reviving ancient comforts and traditions.

Surrounded by a fenced hectare of land, the farmhouse is enveloped in a landscape of wheat and sunflower fields. Its hillside location ensures a pleasant climate, with a gentle breeze that cools summer nights, making the stay even more relaxing.

Breakfast is a journey through the genuine flavors of tradition: pecorino cheese and honey, carefully selected cold cuts, fresh fruit salad, homemade jams, freshly baked bread, tarts, and chocolate desserts made with seasonal ingredients. All of this is complemented by black coffee, milk, aromatic teas, and hot chocolate, allowing guests to start their day with an authentic and comforting taste.

Hey, I'm Edda

Opting to live in the countryside is a lifestyle choice that, while it may come with some challenges, allows one to enjoy a more genuine and natural existence. About twelve years ago, I started my bed and breakfast in a traditional farmhouse from the late 19th century in the Marche region, which I restored with the aim of preserving its original features. I provide my guests with a refreshing experience surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking relaxation and peace.

Area Collina

Nestled among the gentle hills of the Marche region, the area where the farmhouse is located offers a stunning view that stretches from the rolling inland ridges to the sea, encompassing the Gulf of Ancona and the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains. Its prime location in a breezy hilly area provides absolute tranquility, disrupted only by the sounds of nature and the gentle breeze that cools the summer evenings.

Just a ten-minute drive away lies the heart of Senigallia, a vibrant town on the Adriatic coast known for its Velvet Beach, a stretch of golden sand that spans for miles and attracts visitors each year seeking relaxation and crystal-clear waters. Here, in addition to the allure of the sea, one can discover corners rich in history and culture, such as the Rocca Roveresca, the Foro Annonario, and the charming promenade lined with cafes and restaurants offering the best of Marche cuisine.

The farmhouse's hilltop location allows for immersion in nature while still enjoying the convenience of nearby services and attractions. The surroundings are a patchwork of wheat and sunflower fields, vineyards, and olive groves that change colors with the seasons, providing ever-evolving landscapes. It serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the inland villages, including Corinaldo, one of Italy's most beautiful towns, or for venturing along trails that lead to the Sibillini Mountains, perfect for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers.

With the tranquility of the countryside and the charm of the sea, this area perfectly embodies the spirit of the Marche region, where each day can be dedicated to a different experience: a walk through the hills, a dip in the clear waters of the Adriatic, a tasting of local specialties, or a visit to the numerous cultural sites in the region.
