Nestled on a sunny hill in the heart of the Conero Park, Acanto Country House is an elegant relais converted from an ancient white stone farmhouse, meticulously restored according to eco-building principles with a strong focus on energy efficiency. The property boasts a prime and scenic location, offering sweeping views that encompass the sea of Sirolo and Numana, stretch over the Marchigian hills, and extend to the Sibillini Mountains and the Laga Mountains, all while passing charming villages such as Loreto, Recanati, Osimo, and Castelfidardo.

Surrounded by a private park of 13,000 square meters filled with olive trees and lawns, the relais overlooks the Conero Golf and is situated along one of the most popular trails in the area, the Pecorara loop. In this tranquil natural setting, it's common to encounter hares and pheasants, amidst a landscape that still tells its rural story.

The restoration project has created spacious, elegant, and functional spaces. The accommodations include two standard double rooms and seven suites, all furnished with unique pieces reflecting the owner's passion for antiques, and equipped with all modern comforts: private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer. Each morning, guests are welcomed in the spacious breakfast room and outdoor pergola with a buffet featuring local, fresh, and seasonal products: homemade bread and pastries, cured meats and cheeses from the region, yogurt, jams, and zero-kilometer fruit. Special attention is also given to those with food intolerances or specific dietary needs.

Outside, guests can enjoy a saltwater pool with a hot tub, a panoramic sun terrace, a Mediterranean and Zen-style garden, picnic and barbecue areas, a lounge area, as well as amenities like a bar and private parking, all providing opportunities for genuine relaxation. Guests can also take advantage of partnerships with the local Golf Club, riding stables, and sailing and surfing schools.

The establishment is actively committed to environmental protection, having achieved A3 energy certification and received accolades such as the “Friends of the Climate” certificate from Legambiente. It is currently working towards obtaining Ecolabel and WWF certifications, reinforcing its commitment to offering a sustainable and responsible hospitality experience without compromising on the pleasure and beauty of a vacation surrounded by sea and nature.
