Our farmhouse is located on a 4-hectare plot of land that we own. Built in the early 1900s, it has been fully renovated while maintaining its original structure. The property spans three levels, including a basement, and features an adjacent annex.

The basement houses an oil mill for producing our own olive oil, sourced from an olive grove with around 1,000 trees of various local varieties, ensuring a high-quality product.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities, a breakfast room, and a space for preparing light meals.

The first floor of the farmhouse is dedicated to relaxation, featuring a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest restroom, and a common area with a table, armchairs, and a sofa, which opens up to a large terrace.

Among the other amenities our property offers are parking, a garden, a kitchenette, television, air conditioning, and an annex that is accessible for people with disabilities.

In the morning, you'll have the chance to enjoy a delightful breakfast made with fresh, local ingredients, prepared with great care. If the weather is nice, you can also savor your meal outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the landscape. The organic jams from the region and the delicious cured meats from "Terre di Frattula" will surely win you over.

Our establishment is situated in an area abundant with history, nature, and beautiful sights waiting to be explored. Just 15 km from Ripe lies Senigallia, renowned for its "Velvet Beach" and the historic "Rotonda a Mare," a symbol of the city. With its 13 km of golden sand, this destination is perfect for those seeking the sea, culture, and tradition.

A short distance away stands Corinaldo, a charming medieval village that has recently been recognized as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy." With its impressive walls, the Goldoni Theatre, and the captivating views that stretch from the sea to the Marche Apennines, Corinaldo is a site not to be missed.
