The Campodisole B&B is located in an old farmhouse from the early 1900s that once belonged to the Simonetti Counts, nestled in the tranquility of the Marche hills just a few kilometers from Osimo. It’s an ideal spot for those looking to recharge and explore the beauty of the area, surrounded by an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.

The facility has been completely renovated and houses the B&B, two private residences, and an architecture studio, ensuring privacy for everyone. Guests can enjoy spacious outdoor areas and shared environments, including a breakfast room made from an old tobacco drying shed and a laundry facility. Staying here offers a relaxing experience amidst nature and authenticity in the heart of the Marche region.

Breakfast at the B&B Campodisole is a special time to enjoy in a unique and welcoming setting. The dining area, converted from an old drying room, is a spacious and distinctive place where guests can unwind, read, listen to music, or spend time playing board games and watching television. An elegant archway opens up to the garden, creating a bright atmosphere and providing direct access to the outdoor spaces.

During the warmer months, breakfast is served outside under a charming natural pergola formed by field maples, surrounded by the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The menu features local, organic, and homemade products: cakes, jams, and fruits from our own production, allowing guests to start their day with delicious and wholesome flavors.

We pay special attention to dietary needs, offering upon request breakfasts that are free from animal proteins, sugar, and gluten, made with organic and carefully selected ingredients to ensure everyone has a healthy and delightful experience.

Hey, I'm Sabrina

Our bed and breakfast was born out of a love for country living, set within a warm and inviting home. In addition to me, Sabrina, the management team includes Tommaso, Carla, and Massimo. Tommaso was the first to fall in love with these enchanting hills, and I followed his lead by leaving Monza to embark on a new adventure. After experiencing the fresh air and beautiful scenery, my family eagerly shared the desire for a different life in the Marche region. We believe that this place, surrounded by nature, is ideal for raising our children, Giulio and Valerio, and here we wish to build our future, embracing everything that life has in store for us.
