A small oasis of peace immersed in nature and managed by two very kind and helpful people. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fresh; the breakfast (both sweet and savory) was genuine, abundant, very varied, and tasty. The owner delighted us with her homemade pies, plumcakes, jam, and bread. The structure is accessed by a short gravel path and the location is strategic as it is very close (10 minutes) to the main centers of Numana and Sirolo. To come back!

Barbara and Maurizio are the top, always available, friendly and ready for any request. The location in Massignano is perfect to reach all the places of Conero in maximum 10 minutes, from Portonovo to Numana. The cleanliness is impeccable and the garden in front of the rooms very relaxing, allowing you to cool off after a day at the sea. The rooms are new and essential, the bathroom in our room, perhaps a bit small. Overall a top experience! Highly recommend for a relaxing week in the wonderful Conero.

A welcoming place, among the serene hills of Conero. The short distance from Sirolo, the friendliness of the hosts, and the rich breakfast with genuine and exquisite products made my stay in this accommodation particularly enjoyable.

A place immersed in lush greenery. One wakes up to the singing of birds. Clean and spacious room. Owners always available and welcoming. 10 minutes from the center but easily traveled leaving the chaos behind. We definitely recommend it.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 days. The B&B La Campagna del Conero is immersed in the nature of Conero, in a truly excellent position to reach all the beaches and villages that the Conero reserve offers. Breakfast is with homemade products prepared by Barbara, jams and cakes. Surely Barbara and Maurizio will know how to guide you to the places to visit, in the restaurants to eat, really kind and super helpful. We hope to return soon!

The strengths of the structure are: the modernized and very recent rooms; the natural products offered at breakfast (very sweet tomatoes and exceptional homemade jams); its panoramic and central position on the Conero promontory: it allows you to choose the beach to visit daily covering the same distance. The farmhouse is actually located in the middle of a forest, surrounded by nature. Barbara and Maurizio deserve a mention for their great passion and empathetic relational skills in their work. Well done.

Absolutely yes, especially if the magic of the location is combined with the warmth of a family, that of the owners Maurizio and Barbara, who make you feel at home. Nestled in pristine nature, surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of the Marche, the B&B 'La Campagna del Conero' represents the perfect destination for those who want to stay on the Adriatic coast. Located near the most beautiful beaches of the Marche and a few kilometers from major tourist attractions (Sirolo, Numana, Loreto, Recanati, Ancona, and slightly further away, the Frasassi caves), the structure allows guests to enjoy an unforgettable and, above all, indispensable vacation. The excellence of the place is further defined by the cordiality of the owning family, who welcomed us with great courtesy and benevolence. In a difficult historical period like the one we are going through, seeing so much availability, dedication, and kindness is almost moving. Upon arrival, moreover, Barbara and Maurizio will immediately make you feel at ease by providing all the information about the places to visit and giving advice on how to make the most of your holiday. Lastly, it is worth mentioning the meticulous cleanliness of the rooms and the structure (with strict compliance with current health regulations) and the genuine, plentiful, and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended to everyone. Personally, I really hope to return as soon as possible.

Siamo stati alla Campagna del Conero per 4 notti, il B&B è una splendida struttura immersa nella campagna dove si respira aria di assoluto relax; la posizione è ottimale, a dieci minuti dalle spiagge e a due passi dai sentieri del monte Conero. I proprietari sono persone splendide, ti fanno sentire a casa e non ti fanno mancare nulla, dalla colazione con prodotti genuini ai consigli ed indicazioni sulla zona.

Il B&B è posizionato in un luogo bellissimo da cui si gode un panorama splendido. La struttura è accogliente, le stanze sono spaziose e comode. Tutto è pulitissimo. La colazione è entusiasmante con prodotti fatti in casa di qualità eccezionale. I gestori sono gentilissimi, simpatici è molto disponibili. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Non posso non confermare che è un assaggio di paradiso. Posizionato in campagna, si distingue per la bellezza del posto e dei gestori. Vicinissimo alle spiagge principali e ai paesi più grandi, è l'ideale per chi vuole risposare la vista, la mente e il cuore, in particolare per chi vive in città durante l'anno. La prima colazione con i prodotti fatti lì sul posto da Barbara e suo marito è incantevole, come la familiarità che si è creata con loro. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni di puro relax coccolati dalla campagna a soli 4 km dalle migliori località balneari della riviera del Conero.. accoglienza marchigiana eccellente: Maurizio, Barbara e i loro due cuccioli ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. La struttura del B&B é curata nei minimi dettagli e la colazione é varia e abbondante con l'eccezionale compagnia del pavone che ogni mattina viene a far visita ai clienti:) Dopo aver saputo che il mio compagno é celiaco si sono addirittura organizzati per non far mancare assolutamente niente anche a lui! E fidatevi che non é cosa da poco! Il bagno in comune non é per niente un problema anche perché é utilizzato da sole 3 camere e in più in ogni camera c'è un lavandino. Insomma in tutto e per tutto un luogo consigliatissimo in cui trascorrere le proprie vacanze! Un grande abbraccio alla campagna del Conero (1800 a Maurizio da parte di Luca, e lui sa il perché Sara e Luca.

Semplicemente è un paradiso. immerso nella collina del Monte Conero sembra di essere in un resort 5 stelle ma autentico, rurale. i proprietari sono disponibilissimi. tutti i prodotti sono a km 0 e preparati in casa. da raccomandare.

L'ospitalità cordiale ha un nome e si trova proprio qui! Siamo Maria e Giuseppe, una giovane coppia che la settimana scorsa ha trascorso 4 notti in questo delizioso B&b quasi sperduto in un paradiso naturale dalla bellezza invidiabile: le colline del Conero. I gestori, Maurizio e Barbara, ci hanno ricevuto e coccolato facendoci sentire quasi parte della loro bellissima famiglia: lui cura il giardino, l'uliveto e le tante piante da frutto; lei arreda con gusto, rassetta le camere, e prepara una colazione a base di torte e crostate fatte in casa, e marmellate preparate con tanto amore, come una volta. Lui socievole e divertente; lei premurosa e riservata. Senza dimenticare i loro simpaticissimi bambini! Insomma, se volete passare qualche giorno a scoprire spiagge incontaminate, passeggiare nella natura verde e fiorita, ammirare scogliere bianche e pinete a picco sul mare, soggiornate a La Campagna del Conero! Non potevamo capitare meglio! Io e la mia morosa siamo appena tornati dal Conero e siamo fieri di avere scoperto questa perla di Bed and Breakfast, in cui torneremo certamente in futuro. Posto splendido immerso nel verde, nel silenzio e nel relax del parco del Conero, attaccato a tutti i più bei posti! Camera più che confortevole, pulita, prezzo onestissimo. E colazione galattica, all'aperto e con tutti prodotti genuini fatti in casa da Barbara e Maurizio. La loro accoglienza è stato il regalo più grande, una bellissima famiglia e veramente appassionata al proprio lavoro e alle proprie terre. Ci hanno suggerito un sacco di posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti, non rimarrete delusi!

É stata una settimana estremamente rilassante. Questo luogo ti fa vivere nella vera natura, non si sentono rumori di automobili in sottofondo, l'aria é pulita, durante la nostra permanenza c'erano ovunque stormi di farfalle bianche. É perfetto perché nonostante si riesca a staccare da tutto, in 5 minuti si arriva nei centri di Sirolo e Numana che sono i tipici paesini di mare con ristoranti, bancarelle e tanta vita. A rendere speciale il soggiorno, a mio parere, c'é la famiglia che gestisce il B&B, sono persone cortesi e genuine e questo traspare in tutto il servizio, primo su tutti le colazioni: frutta fresca, torte e marmellate fatte in casa. Consiglio La Campagna del Conero a tutti e in special modo a coloro che amano la natura. Ci torneremo.

La Campagna del Conero sfata un mito. Il paradiso in terra esiste, basta cercarlo tra le onde di verde del monte Conero, nella frazione di Ancona chiamata Massignano. Per chi ha l'esigenza di staccare da tutto e tutti si presenta come la risposta giusta, con una vista mozzafiato ed una vicinanza al mare rassicurante. E per chi non ha esigenze, tanto meglio, perché l'umanità ed il calore di Barbara e Maurizio (unito alla bontà dei loro dolci serviti ogni mattina) l'esigenza ve la farà nascere; l'esigenza di rimanere qualche giorno in più. Tutto questo è il risultato del lavoro, della cura e della passione, complimenti ancora.

Un angolo di pace circondato da una natura meravigliosa, in posizione strategica non distante dal mare. I gestori sono molto gentili ed accoglienti e ti fanno sentire a casa, ed ottime le colazioni con torte e marmellate fatte in casa. Questo B&b è un vero angolo di paradiso nel cuore del conero, immerso nel verde più puro e incontaminato. Raramente si incontrano persone così cordiali, simpatiche e "luminose" come lo sono Maurizio e Barbara, splendidi gestori che si destreggiano alla perfezione tra un giardino impeccabile, l'orto, deliziose torte (e marmellate!) fatte in casa e decorazioni artistiche! Peccato che i voti si fermino a "10" e non si possa aggiungere un meritatissimo "con lode"! Questo è davvero un luogo speciale, capace di infondere pace e armonia a chiunque ci entri. Ancora un grande grazie per tutto e.. sicuramente a presto!!

Non si può pretendere di più da questo B&B accogliente, pulito, in splendida e tranquilla posizione a pochissimi km dalle belle spiagge del Conero. Per non parlare poi delle ottime colazioni con squisite torte e marmellate fatte in casa. A coronare il tutto la magnifica accoglienza dei proprietari, simpatici e sempre disponibili. Tutto perfetto!!!!
