Nestled in the tranquility of the Conero Park, in the district of Massignano, this late 19th-century farmhouse has been recently renovated and offers a stay focused on relaxation and nature. The rooms are decorated with antique furniture and feature wooden ceilings, air conditioning, private bathrooms, and electronic keys.

In the morning, a hearty buffet breakfast made with homemade products is served in the garden, providing an authentic experience featuring the aroma of sourdough bread, pastries, and artisanal jams.

The location is perfect for reaching the beautiful beaches of Sirolo, Numana, and the Bay of Portonovo, all just a few kilometers away. Nature lovers can explore the trails of Conero Park, surrounded by fragrant woods and stunning views, while history and culture enthusiasts will find the Basilica of Loreto, Ancona, Recanati (home of Leopardi), the caves of Camerano, Osimo, and Offagna nearby. The famous Frasassi Caves can be reached in about a 45-minute drive.

Our charming cottage is located just 5 minutes from the beautiful bay of Portonovo and 10 minutes from the wonderful towns of Sirolo and Numana, which are considered true gems of the Adriatic. Additionally, we are only 12 minutes from the Ancona Sud exit of the A14 motorway, heading towards Camerano/Massignano, 20 minutes from the famous cathedral of Loreto, and 40 minutes from the captivating Frasassi caves. Don’t forget that the port of Ancona is just a 15-minute drive away and Monte Conero is only 12 minutes away.
