B&B La Lavanda del Borgo

The B&B La Lavanda del Borgo, carefully managed by Cristina and her family, is a typical local building characterized by the natural white of the stone, which gives the property an authentic and traditional charm. The establishment offers two rooms with independent entrances: one larger with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both served by a private bathroom.

Located at the foot of Mount Conero, on the outskirts of Borgo San Lorenzo, a fraction of Sirolo, the B&B is situated on the road leading to the ancient springs of Capo D’Acqua, a place rich in history and surrounded by the lush vegetation of the Conero Regional Park. Borgo San Lorenzo is an ancient rural settlement, originally a village for stone quarry workers from Conero, featuring homes built from the characteristic local material that gives the village a unique appearance. Over time, the village has developed, providing amenities such as a supermarket, rotisserie, restaurant-wine bar, and bus and shuttle connections to Ancona, Numana, Porto Recanati, and the local beaches.

Guests are greeted with warmth and friendliness, and they can enjoy breakfast outdoors, in a garden corner surrounded by lavender bushes, featuring local and genuine products, which can also be tailored upon request. The presence of lavender in the garden is not just decorative: this aromatic shrub, grown in particularly suitable soil, offers intense fragrances that enhance the stay, and guests receive a small gift of it.

The B&B ensures a relaxing stay, thanks to its spacious garden perfect for peaceful strolls and a panoramic pool open from June to September, offering a delightful view of the Marche countryside. Cristina, Luce, and little Milù gladly welcome four-legged friends, making the property pet-friendly.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, windows with mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. Guests have access to a free parking space for cars or motorcycles within the property, and room cleaning and linen changes are provided every three days, with a constant focus on comfort. The common areas, located in the garden zone, are designed for relaxation and picnics.

The location allows for easy access to the medieval center of Sirolo, about a kilometer away, and its renowned beaches. The Conero Riviera, with its clear sea and rocky coastlines, offers stunning scenery, protected by the regional park of the same name, abundant in Mediterranean forests, vineyards, and olive groves that tell the story of the nature and culture of this corner of the Marche region.
