Villa FioreConero B&B is a modern newly built house set in a wonderful garden nearby the owner’s manor, Mr. and Mrs. Pace.

Surrounded by Marche’s hills it is only 5km from the wonderful Portonovo/Mezzavalle Bay, one of the most enchanting places of the Mount Conero Regional Park.

Our B&B is a valid alternative to hotel accommodation, maintaining the same standards of elegance and hospitality.

We offer three double rooms: Le Rose (The Roses), Le Ortensie (The Hydrangeas) and I Gelsomini (The Jasmines).

All rooms are carefully furnished, because we would like to offer you an elegant comfort and, above all, the feeling to stay at home.

An authentic warmth emanates from every details of the house: from the precious fabrics in linen and cotton to the antique and design furniture, from the wood ceiling with whitened beams to the parquet floor in natural oak, from the lightings to the chinaware.

Super quiet accommodation with a wonderful swimming pool. The owner is very attentive, caring, and always ready to help when needed. The only downside is the location, although there is a bus stop right outside the door if you want to avoid using the car.

We were guests at B&B Villa FioreConero by Viviana for a long weekend at the beginning of summer, so we could enjoy the tranquility of the early season days exclusively, the blooming roses of Viviana, and the welcoming of the owners. We appreciated the exquisite homemade breakfasts and the hospitality and cleanliness of the spaces. We were impressed by the quality of the building, its facilities, and its furnishings. Excellent location halfway between the center of Ancona and the azure beaches of Conero.

I was in Ancona for work for about ten days in June 2020. The B&B Villa FioreConero was my base. A villa with a garden and pool in a perfect location both to reach the city and to visit the stunning beaches of the Riviera del Conero. The room, tastefully furnished, was very cozy and spotlessly clean. Ms. Viviana, the perfect hostess, welcomed me with great professionalism and kindness. She was available to meet my needs and to tell me about the places and traditions of her region. The breakfast served under the porch offers fresh and quality products, as well as homemade cakes, different every day. Highly recommended.

We returned to B&B Villa FioreConero after 3 years and the welcome was as if not even a day had passed. Viviana and Nicola are very kind and welcoming, they make you feel immediately at home. The place is charming, the rooms are spotless, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast served under the porch with Viviana's delicious cakes is excellent, not to mention the pleasant chats. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Ancona and all the places of the Conero Riviera.

Perfect holiday in total relaxation at B&B Villa FioreConero where we were welcomed like at home. The structure is very well-kept in furnishing and cleanliness, impeccable! To complete everything, Mrs. Viviana, the landlady, whose information made us appreciate and discover new aspects of the area (especially from a culinary point of view). I stayed at B&B Villa FioreConero with my girlfriend for a weekend out of town. We were very pleased with the atmosphere of tranquility we breathed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent, including that of sheets and towels (not always a given). Breakfast was served in the garden of the house, where the flowers and the scent of nature set the scene. The pool can be used throughout the stay, even to relax for a few hours after returning from the sea. We will definitely come back!

A fantastic stay, the location is excellent for both a beach holiday and for exploring nearby places. Mrs. Viviana is very helpful for every need, breakfast is like in the old days with homemade cakes, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, etc. (it felt like being at grandma's). Mrs. Viviana and her family open their home to you as if you were a special guest. The two caretakers (Clara and Flora) are magnificent, welcoming you with lots of parties and drooling.

Wonderful structure immersed in greenery and tranquility, the ideal place to relax enjoying the splendid panorama and the kind and professional welcome of the owner, Mrs. Viviana, a woman of great culture, courtesy, and helpfulness in providing very useful information so as not to miss anything of the beautiful places surrounding the B&B Villa FioreConero. The location of the structure is excellent, a few minutes from Ancona and close to Numana and Sirolo, not to mention the surrounding villages rich in magic. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is always impeccable and excellent, the breakfast was a truly pleasant experience with fresh fruit every morning, lovingly peeled and served with care, and delicious homemade sweets, different every day and made with careful attention to every guest's allergy or food intolerance. Highly recommended place! If I could have given more than 10, I would have definitely done it.

My partner and I stayed here from August 17th to August 20th. B&B Villa FioreConero is surrounded by a beautiful garden that includes a lovely and large 25-meter pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished, cleaned daily impeccably, and very comfortable (featuring a spacious shower and a whirlpool tub). Breakfast is served by the very kind and friendly "hostess" Mrs. Viviana, who prepares a delicious and different cake every day, including yogurt, milk, coffee, bread with jam, orange juice, and fresh peeled fruit, all present daily on each table. Not to be underestimated is the presence of internal parking, a TV in the room, and very fast WiFi connection. We recommend staying here to anyone looking to have a relaxing holiday in a lovely, peaceful place with a magnificent panoramic view.

The location of the property is optimal as it is suitable both for reaching the beaches of Conero and for excursions to the splendid medieval villages in the area.
