Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 1 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

A true earthly paradise, absolute tranquility, all immersed in greenery and 2 km from the sea. Extremely clean room, reserved parking. Air conditioning, television, and fridge. Courteous and always available manager, attentive to every request. I will be back soon. Thank you.

Quiet location in the middle of the countryside, very convenient private parking, extreme kindness of the manager, restaurants and trattoria in the area easily reachable on foot, excellent base for visiting the area or for those, like us, who just stopped over during the trip.

Ho soggiornato, 4 notti nel B&B Bompadre con mia moglie, siamo stati benissimo, accoglienza e puntualita ottima da parte del gestore pulizia stanza, ottima, posizione tranquilla in campagna ottimo punto di partenza per gite nei bellissimi paesi circostanti, vicinissima alla città di Civitanova Marche. La gestione è ok, persone molto discrete e presenti, molto disponibili. Parcheggio auto privato con cancello automatico. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Mauro / Daniela (Biella).
