A private road lined with broom bushes leads to the gate of a 19th-century farmhouse, renovated in the 1970s. The old courtyard, now used as a parking area, retains its rural charm and still features a large mulberry tree, a testament to the local tradition of silk production.

The house overlooks an open valley, offering picturesque views that stretch from the Apennines to the south to the hills sloping down towards the sea in the northeast. A spacious garden surrounds the property, providing secluded spots to relax or read in the shade of the trees.

In the surrounding area, one can stroll along paths in the woods and ancient cart tracks, reaching on foot the village of Pieve di Cagna, one of the oldest hamlets in Urbino. Just a few minutes by car brings you to the heart of the Ducal city, a Renaissance gem, where you can be enchanted by art, history, and monuments, or explore artisan shops and authentic stores.

Continuing for about twenty minutes, you will arrive in Urbania, an ancient town gathered around the Ducal Palace, which once served as the summer residence of the Dukes of Montefeltro, where history and traditions continue to narrate the allure of the region.
