On the ground floor, the ambiance is cozier, featuring two inviting bedrooms and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, ideal for families or small groups. Both apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy memorable dinners.

From every corner of the house, there are stunning views: on one side, the Adriatic Sea, and on the other, the Sibillini Mountains, with glimpses of the historic center of Fermo and the medieval village of Torre di Palme. The multi-level garden invites relaxation with furnished terraces, sun loungers, and lounge areas near the pool. Surrounding the property is a food forest with fruit trees, olive trees, blueberries, and strawberries, as well as chickens that provide fresh eggs each morning and bees that produce fragrant honey.
