Casa Monteluro is a bed and breakfast nestled in the serene hills of Tavullia, just a few minutes from Pesaro, positioned perfectly between the Marche countryside and the Adriatic Sea. Here, the natural rhythm defines the days, and the connection with the land becomes an integral part of the stay. Olive trees, ancient trees, and expansive green spaces surround the farmhouse, creating an authentic and relaxing atmosphere where guests can rediscover the joy of simple, genuine pleasures.

The establishment welcomes guests into three bright, air-conditioned rooms, furnished with a minimalist and honest style that reflects the restoration of furniture and objects from the old farmhouse. Each room tells a small story filled with memories and encounters, combining restored elements with contemporary details. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, as well as linens and towels, while complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. On the first floor, there’s a peaceful relaxation area dedicated to reading and resting, and outdoor parking is available for guests at no charge.

One of the highlights of the stay is breakfast, included with the accommodation and prepared with great care for local products. Sweet and savory options reflect the connection to the land and local traditions: jams, cakes, fresh and dried fruits, juices, cheeses, and cured meats accompany coffee and cappuccino made with a moka pot. There’s also piadina made with artisanal flours from the region. During the warmer months, breakfast is served on the porch or in the garden under the shade of trees, while in the cooler months, it can be enjoyed in the cozy indoor dining area warmed by a stove.

Casa Monteluro was born from the passion of Nicola and Alberto, two brothers who transformed this place into a project for authentic hospitality in 2014, carrying on a family legacy that began in the early 1990s. Their desire is to share with guests the story of the farmhouse, their love for the countryside, and the joy of meeting new people, creating an experience filled with small details, stories, and attentiveness.

The relationship with the land is also reflected in the activities offered. Guests can explore the Marche hinterland through e-bike excursions among hills and villages or participate in pottery workshops that keep a family tradition alive. These experiences are led by Roberto, the father of Nicola and Alberto, a ceramic artist with over forty years of experience and a long history of teaching. His works and workshops have engaged enthusiasts throughout Italy, and he recently created a street art piece in Gradara titled “Beyond the Walls.”
The location of the property allows for easy access to numerous points of interest. The sea is just ten minutes away, with the beaches of Gabicce, Cattolica, Misano, and Riccione for those seeking the vibrancy of the coastline, or the quieter beaches of Pesaro, Fano, and Fiorenzuola. Nearby, there are also important cultural sites such as the village of Gradara, Urbino, and the fortress of San Leo. The surrounding hills offer ideal paths for cycling enthusiasts and culinary itineraries dedicated to local flavors.

Close by is the Misano racetrack, a favorite among motorsport fans, as well as Tavullia, a symbolic place for MotoGP fans. Casa Monteluro, therefore, represents a tranquil retreat in the Marche countryside, while also serving as an ideal starting point to explore the sea, culture, gastronomy, and traditions of this charming region.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast at Casa Monteluro is one of the most enjoyable moments of the stay, offering an experience that reflects a strong connection to the land and its flavors. It is abundant and authentic, always included with the accommodation, and features a selection of local products and regional specialties prepared with care.

The offerings include both sweet and savory options: alongside coffee and cappuccino brewed in the traditional moka pot, guests can enjoy jams, homemade cakes, juices, fresh fruit, and dried fruit. There is also the local flatbread made from artisanal flours, served with local cheeses and cured meats, allowing guests to start their day with the genuine tastes of Marche cuisine.

During the warmer months, breakfast is served outdoors, either under the portico or in the lush garden, shaded by the large trees surrounding the farmhouse. In cooler months, guests can enjoy their meal in the spacious indoor dining area, which is made cozy by the warmth of the stove and a rustic, informal atmosphere that encourages taking the time to savor every detail.

Hey, I'm Nicola & Alberto

Casa Monteluro is the vision of Nicola and Alberto, two brothers bound by their love for the land, hospitality, and connecting with people. In 2014, they chose to convert their family farmhouse into a genuine welcoming space, continuing a journey that began over twenty years earlier with their parents, who were among the first to envision a retreat nestled in the Marche countryside. For Nicola and Alberto, Casa Monteluro is more than just a bed & breakfast; it is a place of sharing where each guest becomes part of a narrative filled with small details, stories, and relationships. Their passion for the countryside, respect for local traditions, and desire to showcase the region are the guiding principles behind every aspect of their hospitality. Also involved is their father, Roberto, a ceramic artist with more than forty years of experience and a long history of teaching. In the ceramics workshop located near the property, he passionately continues this artisanal tradition, sharing his knowledge and techniques with those interested in this ancient craft. Within the family, blending memory with fresh ideas, Casa Monteluro continues to evolve as an authentic destination where hospitality, nature, and creativity converge.
