The property, exclusively reserved for guests, spans 270 square meters over two levels and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, two versatile areas suitable for events, and a fully equipped professional kitchen. Upstairs, the three bedrooms—one quadruple and two double—are air-conditioned and served by two bathrooms, one of which is accessible for people with disabilities.

Outside, a large 8,000 square meter garden features a private pool, an orchard, and a covered patio of 170 square meters, ideal for alfresco dining or moments of relaxation. The presence of two additional bathrooms, one with a shower, nighttime lighting, and an audio system enhances the pleasant atmosphere during the evening hours.

Casale Cenerelli also serves as a venue for ceremonies and private events. It can host up to 100 guests indoors and up to 300 in the garden, with available parking for 100 cars. The equipped kitchen ensures the possibility of organizing dinners, tastings, or grand receptions.
