The Country House La Finestra sul Conero is a newly built establishment located just a short walk from the center of Castelfidardo, globally recognized as “the Home of the Accordion.” Surrounded by greenery at the top of a hill, it provides a panoramic view that stretches all the way to Conero, creating the perfect atmosphere for those seeking a relaxing getaway or a comfortable base for regional excursions. The area is ideal for cultural, beach, gastronomic, and religious outings, with attractions such as the Conero Riviera and historic towns like Loreto, Osimo, and Recanati, all easily accessible.

The exterior of the building features old brick, reminiscent of traditional Marche farmhouses, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The spacious and elegantly furnished rooms offer maximum comfort, equipped with private bathrooms, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, and air conditioning. The property consists of four rooms: one double, two triples, and a suite for four guests. Daily cleaning is provided, and linens are changed every three days or more frequently upon request.

Guests can conveniently park in the area next to the property and enjoy the proximity to shops, cafes, pizzerias, and other amenities. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:00 AM, with the option to enjoy it in the garden during pleasant weather or to request a more flexible service at a partner café. The Country House La Finestra sul Conero, rebuilt in 2011, stands on the remnants of a farmhouse that once belonged to the famous tenor Beniamino Gigli. The property has since been passed down to the Merendoni family, who decided to restore the building to its former glory. Managed with passion and care by the Merendoni family members, the establishment offers high-quality service while being respectful of the environment, making eco-friendly choices. Each piece of furniture has been handcrafted and restored, carrying with it the history of the Augustinian Convent where Mr. Getulio spent his childhood.
