The property is situated on a hillside, immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves that stretch all the way to the coastline. From the farmhouse, one can enjoy a wide view that ranges from the blue of the Adriatic Sea to the green hills of the inland, in a natural setting that promotes relaxation and contemplation. Despite the absolute peace, the famous beaches of the coast, both public and equipped, can be reached in just five minutes by car.

A few kilometers away are two major towns, Pesaro and Fano, perfect for leisurely strolls filled with art, culture, and shopping, as well as events and festivals, especially during the summer months.
