The B&B Il Duca is located in the heart of the Marche hills, in the municipality of Polverigi, a small village with 3,900 residents that serves as a strategic base for exploring the Monte Conero coast, the Velluto beach in Senigallia, and the stunning Frasassi Caves in the surrounding countryside. The establishment's name comes from the surname of the family that runs it, preserving an authentic connection to its roots.
Founded in 2006, Giuseppe decided to renovate the old family farmhouse and turn it into a welcoming retreat for travelers seeking tranquility and nature. It features two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms, and a shared kitchen, accommodating a total of six guests, with the option to add a third bed in one of the double rooms.
Outside, guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool set amidst the lush countryside and a gazebo that provides a picturesque view of the village, perfect for relaxation. The center of Polverigi is easily accessible by bike, thanks to the cycling path that runs through the area.
B&B Il Duca is open year-round, except for the closure periods mandated by regional regulations for bed and breakfasts. It is an authentic and welcoming place where one can rediscover the joys of simplicity and nature.
