The place is very well-kept, located on a hill just 7 minutes from the sea. The breakfast is excellent, with Assuntina's cakes. Alberto is a great person, very down to earth. We had a fantastic time! We also found the guests very sociable and friendly. The B&B is highly recommended.

Quiet and well-kept place, very clean and easy to reach. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, a family atmosphere that I highly recommend.

The structure is located in the Marche countryside, away from city noises and the coast. Suitable for families, the managers were really top! There are also outdoor spaces where you can have lunch or dinner.

The quality-price ratio is the best you can get from structures with a much higher price. Parking convenience, cleanliness of the facility, and quality of services unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Quiet place, in the countryside, splendid people, always available even for a chat. Feels like home, truly relaxing, a stone's throw from the sea but away from the hustle and bustle of seaside resorts. Very happy, will definitely come back.

Situato nella zona industriale di S. Elpidio, in posizione comoda per chi va al mare in auto, poco più di 10 minuti per porto S. Elpidio e 20 minuti per S. Giorgio. Struttura graziosa, piccola e ben curata. Personale simpatico e cordiale. La camera era un po' troppo piccola per starci in quattro e i letti un po' traballanti.

Gentilezza e pulizia ottimi. È la seconda volta che mi fermo presso questa struttura e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Zona non vicinissima al mare ma tranquillissima. La consiglio vivamente.

B&B in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, una bella sorpresa sono stati i pavoni nel giardino e altri animali. La camera da letto così come il bagno erano molto puliti. La colazione, con torte fatte in casa buonissime, è stata servita all'esterno sotto il gazebo. I gestori, marito e moglie, sono stati entrambi molto gentili. La mia esperienza è stata quindi molto positiva.

Pulizia e cortesia dei proprietari determinano un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sono ritornato molto volentieri in questo B&B e, a distanza di 2 anni, confermo il mio ottimo giudizio. Colazione prelibata e genuina con torte e marmellate fatte in casa e frutta freschissima e di stagione, direttamente colta dagli alberi.
