The Bed & Breakfast Il Melograno is situated on a hill at an elevation of 254 meters, right at the edge of Massignano, in a prime location between the sea and nature. The beaches of Cupra Marittima, Grottammare, and Pedaso are just a short distance away, perfect for relaxing on the sand or taking a stroll along the promenade.

The establishment features three double rooms, each with its own independent entrance, filled with natural light and elegantly decorated to create a warm and refined atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a hydromassage shower, a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dehumidifier for summer, as well as independent heating for the colder months.

The B&B serves as the perfect starting point for exploring Piceno, a region rich in charm and history, with its medieval villages and breathtaking landscapes. Nature and sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the mountain bikes available or venture along the trails of the Sibillini Mountains and the scenic walks along the coast.

To start the day on a delightful note, we offer a rich and varied breakfast. During the summer, it is especially enjoyable to savor it in our garden, under the shade of the majestic fig and cherry trees.

Annelise, who hails from Trentino-Alto Adige and has spent a long time in London, has crafted a breakfast that perfectly blends culinary traditions with fresh ingredients. You can indulge in various types of homemade bread made with whole grain flours, complemented by yogurt, cereals, and sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds.

There are also irresistible sweets such as brownies and muffins, along with fluffy cakes featuring unique and comforting flavors. In the summer, you will have the chance to enjoy cherries and figs straight from our garden.

Our homemade jams, made with peaches and apricots from Piceno and berries from Alto Adige, are a true specialty. For those who appreciate classic flavors, the bitter orange marmalade, prepared using a traditional English recipe, is a must-try.
