Agriturismo Il Parco is a serene retreat nestled in the lush hills of the Marche region, located in Montesicuro at an elevation of approximately 300 meters above sea level. Spanning eight hectares, it merges the authenticity of rural life with the comfort and hospitality characteristic of the Marche tradition. The grounds feature woodlands, orchards, gardens, and aromatic plant cultivation, all managed using natural methods and without pesticides.

The establishment is a beautifully restored farmhouse that offers five double rooms with private bathrooms, along with two apartments, ensuring guests enjoy a relaxing stay immersed in nature. Breakfast, made with fresh ingredients, is served in the garden during the warmer months or in a communal area, while in colder seasons, a self-service option is available in the rooms. The expansive outdoor spaces, spread across multiple levels, include sun loungers, a barbecue area, communal tables, benches, and hammocks—perfect for relaxation.

The agriturismo's forest, rich in biodiversity, features trails for walking, jogging, or mountain biking. Its location is strategic: just 8 km from the Ancona Sud highway exit, 12 km from the historic center and Torrette Hospital, 16.5 km from Falconara Airport, and 20 km from the beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera. Its proximity to sites of significant historical and cultural interest, such as the Frasassi Caves, Loreto, Urbino, and the castles of Offagna and Osimo, makes Il Parco an excellent base for exploring the region.

This agriturismo is committed to environmental sustainability, featuring a composting system for producing natural fertilizer, rainwater recovery for irrigation, a photovoltaic system for electricity, and pellet stoves for heating. The farm's produce, carefully cultivated with respect for the environment, can be purchased directly on-site or delivered to your home.
