Il Pignocco Country House is a year-round agriturismo located on a hill overlooking the town of Pesaro, in the countryside of the Marche region.

Surrounded by lush green fields and ancient trees, this agriturismo is perfect for a vacation just a short distance from the sea and historical and cultural sites, such as Pesaro, Urbino, Fano, and Gradara.

Renovated in 2009 from a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1700s, the agriturismo offers rooms and apartments with a rustic yet elegant style, ideal for a nature and sea-focused getaway.

For a wonderful vacation in the Marche region, Il Pignocco Country House provides the tranquility of the countryside, a splendid hot tub pool set in an olive grove, and a hearty breakfast in the main hall of the farmhouse, featuring traditional sweet treats.

Nearby, guests can enjoy nature walks, explore medieval villages, and drive along the stunning scenic road that ascends Mount San Bartolo and traverses the Natural Park, leading to the coastal towns of Fiorenzuola di Focara, Casteldimezzo, Santa Marina Alta, and Gabicce, the last promontory of the Marche.
Rooms and Rates
At the Bed and Breakfast Il Pignocco Country House, the main hall of the farmhouse is currently designated as the breakfast room.

A beautifully restored wooden table sits in the center of the space. Surrounding it are authentic antique furniture pieces, a large fireplace that once warmed the family during cold winters, and a selection of paintings from various eras that enhance the atmosphere.

Starting your day here, enjoying breakfast in a charming and romantic setting, is truly a remarkable experience. The breakfast room also offers an intimate space where guests can feel welcomed and pampered, enveloped in a familial and casual ambiance.

The breakfast buffet is plentiful and diverse: you will find homemade treats such as apple pie, orange donut, chocolate tart, butter cookies, lemon pound cake, soft jam cake with sugar sprinkles, croissants, fresh bread, cold cuts, and cheeses.

Additionally, the B&B offers a breakfast that includes cereals and muesli, yogurt, toast spreadable with honey, Nutella, or jam, and orange and ACE juices.

You can also choose between coffee made in the traditional home style with a moka pot or flavored espresso.

Hey, I'm Anna & Francesca

Since 2009, we sisters Anna and Francesca have embarked on a wonderful journey: to provide a HOME for solo travelers, loving couples, and families with many children. With the warmth of summer, the colors of autumn, the chill of winter, and the blooming flowers of spring... we are here. We are always ready to welcome you into the historic residence from the 1700s, which our grandfather purchased in 1952 and that our family has lovingly restored, especially with HEART. What sets us apart is our passion for hospitality: to welcome our dear guests and make them feel at HOME, like FAMILY.

Area Collina

The Il Pignocco Country House agriturismo is located in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the Marche region, nestled between majestic Apennine mountains, gentle hills, and sandy beaches along the Adriatic coast.

This agriturismo serves as an excellent starting point for exploring medieval villages and castles that dot the beautiful countryside roads of the Marche region, including Gradara, Fano, Novilara, Candelara, and San Leo. Surrounded by hills and mountains, the town of Urbino, known as the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, can be reached in about half an hour by car.

In the mountainous interior, on the slopes of Montefeltro and the peaks of Nerone, fortresses, ruins, and sanctuaries attract even the most distracted visitor eager to discover the Marche region.
