An enchanting night in a little paradise between sea and countryside. A pleasant welcome, a plentiful and varied breakfast with homemade cakes. Our only regret is having stayed for just one night. Everything was perfect at a great price. Thank you.

Emplacement formidable au sommet d'une colline avec vue panoramique sur la plaine d'Ancone. Jardin très fleuri, petite piscine avenante. Accueil chaleureux alors que nous avions raté notre correspondance à Rome, avons loué un voiture et sommes arrivés à deux heures du matin - le patron nous attendait avec le sourire. Petit déjeuner digne d'un palace. Rapport qualité/prix Imbattable. Nous y sommes retournés au retour.

Very nice place, on the hill of Falconata with a sea view. The bed and breakfast is very well-kept, we enjoyed our stay, we liked it a lot. Varied and quality breakfast. The presence of the pool is an added value in hot periods.

The B&B is located in a panoramic spot, in a beautiful structure with a swimming pool immersed in a nice garden from which you can admire the sunset. The manager is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to solving any needs. From booking for dinner in nearby places to contacting the taxi. We stopped for a bike trip for one night but we would have gladly stayed another night to enjoy some rest and tranquility.

Wonderful gem located on the hills of Marche. Spectacular landscape that can be admired from the property. Rest and peace of the senses. Cleanliness and attention to every detail: from the pool, to the garden, to the room and finally to breakfast. Kindness and professionalism of the manager. Feeling welcomed like at home. Lovely bed and breakfast nestled in the green hills of Marche and a stone's throw from Conero. Cleanliness and friendliness are the order of the day, and the pool is an added value. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for only one night, arrived in the evening at 9:30 pm and left early in the morning. It was a resting stop for our journey in Salento, but a great facility and Enzo was very helpful and kind, I would happily come back for a few more days! Thank you.

Comfortable stay in a secluded location on a hill behind Falconara Marittima with sea view and surrounded by sunflower fields. Quiet, spacious room and bathroom equipped with all comforts. Super tasty breakfast, very kind and helpful host, even booked the restaurant for us on the evening of our arrival. The pool is a gem. A real jewel to stay in. Mosquitoes practically absent, which is not trivial. The care and attention to detail deserve a full 10.

Posto sulle splendide colline marchigiane raggiungibile in 10 minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Vista sul mare molto bella. Presenza della piscina e di un giardino molto curato, pecc sto esere venti d'inverno. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. La colazione abbondante e diversificata (torte freschissime e delizione).

Per la nostra prima esperienza nelle Marche abbiamo fatto centro! La struttura è situata in una posizione incantevole, su una collina tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina alle spiagge, il gestore è una persona cordiale e sempre disponibile e la colazione è ricca e abbondante. Da non dimenticare la pulizia e l'ottima cura della struttura. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Accoglienza semplice e cordiale. Posto molto tranquillo, in collina, con splendida vista a 360 gradi: su mare e entroterra marchigiano. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente ottimo, soprattutto considerando la colazione decisamente gradevole e abbondante. Da consigliare.

Appena rientrati da un piccolo break di 4 giorni passati in questa struttura bellissima sotto ogni punto di vista. La camera, spaziosa, pulita, munita di frigobar e condizionatore. la location è perfetta per staccare dalla città, immersa nel verde con una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Il Sig. Enzo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e soprattutto ci ha permesso di passare delle rilassanti vacanze in compagnia del nostro Balù che penso si sia divertito più di tutti. ringrazio ancora per la gentilezza dimostrata per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente personale e consiglio questo B&B a chiunque voglia sentirsi a casa e coccolati allo stesso tempo. perfetta!

Ho trascorso insieme alla mia famiglia 4 meravigliosi giorni al "tesoro di Mario", gestito dal figlio Enzo, persona molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Il B&B è un'oasi di pace, immerso in un giardino molto ben curato con una graziosa piscina, camere pulite con bellissime vedute, la colazione abbondante con ottime torte, tutto fresco e genuino, ad un accessibile costo. Grazie per la bottiglia di verdicchio e complimenti.

Durante il mio soggiorno al Tesoro di Mario ho apprezzato l'alta qualità dei servizi offerti e la squisita disponibilità del personale. La posizione è ideale per chi voglia una vacanza rilassante alternando alle vicine spiagge del Conero, qualche escursione nel ricco entroterra marchigiano per poi rilassarsi a bordo piscina nella quiete della campagna, lontano dal traffico ma a pochi minuti d'auto da negozi e buoni ristoranti.

Il B&B "Il tesoro di Mario" è una bella abitazione ben curata ed accogliente, che si raggiunge tramite una di quelle graziose stradine collinari marchigiane, e che si trova in una posizione incantevole che guarda da un lato il mare con la città di Ancona e dall'altro l'entroterra di Jesi verso le montagne. Inoltre presenta un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posto splendido sulle colline di Falconara con una vista magnifica sul mare e sulla campagna. Le camere sono pulitissime e silenziose, i gestori estremamente disponibili e simpatici. Il giardino e la piscina ci hanno permesso di passare una splendida vacanza in famiglia con i bambini. Per arrivare al mare è necessario avere la macchina e in 5 minuti si è in spiaggia. L'anno prossimo ci si rivede!
