Our B. & B. is a hospitable and comfortable hotel just 15min. from the Adriatic Sea located in a lush and silent countryside, in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama that sweeps over the surrounding hills from the mountains to the sea.

Our structure, a classic farmhouse carefully restored, is the perfect place for families who like to travel but feel at home.

For those who want to have a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment.

For all those who want to spend some free time in a natural, hospitable and uncontaminated environment.

They are available to our customers: three rooms (one double, one triple and one quadruple or family suite) all with private entrance, heated, air-conditioned and en suite, parking, swimming pool, and a lovely garden / park.

Our guests can devote themselves to the sight of the nearby villages and towns, to shopping, visit the local artisans, enjoy the view of unique places, experience the various food and wine tours and get lost in cultural events and exhibitions organized in the territory.

Every morning we will give you a good morning with rich and delicious breakfasts, on request also gluten free.

For lunch / dinner we have only 200 meters. the restaurant 'Il Pontè, where you can taste excellent typical dishes of our land.

We will be at your disposal to make the holiday in our country house a pleasant memory to take away with you.

Three unforgettable days, a charming structure surrounded by small medieval villages. Fabrizio, an exceptional host, will advise you on what to visit in a beautiful region. Ascoli, one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. After spending the day exploring the area, it's lovely to relax by the pool. Three days were truly too short, we must absolutely come back. The B&B La Casa in Campagna is a beautiful villa located on a hill 1 km from Cossignano and 12 km from the sea. The dominant position offers a breathtaking view and provides tranquility and relaxation. The owners are absolutely exquisite and generous people, always ready to give advice on places to visit or where to eat. Rarely have I found such cleanliness and attention to detail. Abundant and well-served breakfast. The icing on the cake was the underground pool.

Charming place immersed in the green hills of Marche. Very accessible even for families with small children (we stayed with our 1 and a half year old baby). Very beautiful, cozy and spacious room with a breathtaking view. Recently renovated with every comfort (wifi, TV, hairdryer, highchair, cot). The managers Fabrizio and Leonia are very kind, friendly, and caring. The breakfast was very abundant and of high quality. We will definitely come back when it's warm to also enjoy the pool!

Spent three unforgettable relaxing days, the structure is in a lovely location from here we visited Ascoli Piceno, a wonderful city. The owners are kind and welcoming people. Excellent and abundant breakfast. We will definitely come back in July with the pool open.

In the setting of this B&B, we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The structure, immersed in the green of the Marche hills, is perfect for visiting the many medieval villages nearby. The breakfast is abundant and very good, and the rooms are ok. And what about the owners? Leonia and Fabrizio make you feel like family, and we will definitely come back in the summer to also enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend. Rossella and Loris.
