La Pennica was conceived by Elisa, who, along with her partner Andrea and her mother Annamaria, decided to transform their grandparents' old house into a welcoming and hospitable place. Their desire is to share the peace and beauty of country life with guests, offering privacy and kindness in a familial environment.

The location is perfect for those looking to blend relaxation with convenience: in just five minutes by car, you can easily reach the center of Senigallia, the beaches, shopping areas, and the city hospital. To arrive, simply drive up via Berardinelli and take the small path indicated by the sign “B&B - 294,” continuing all the way down the lane surrounded by greenery.
