Great welcome. We immediately felt very good. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. Rich breakfast with homemade cakes. The place is beautiful in the middle of the countryside. 5 minutes from Senigallia. We hope to come back. Thank you again for your welcome.

On July 29, 2023, we stayed at La Pennica. We had a great time. The place was clean and the owner was very kind. I recommend it.

Very well-kept structure in a quiet location, with a garden equipped with sunbeds to relax and watch the stars. The only suggestion is to put up curtains that shield the light at all windows (the room was already lit at 5 am). Unfortunately, other guests started moving back and forth in the house causing noise from 5:30 am, but this was not the fault of the manager, who was very kind.

La Pennica is located in the quiet of the hill just a stone's throw from the city center, Andrea and his wife were very kind and their home is really cozy. We hope to come back!

What can I say, the owners are friendly and very kind not only in welcoming you but also in suggesting trips in the area. The farmhouse is immersed in the greenery but with the convenience of being just a few minutes from the center of Senigallia. Abundant and genuine breakfast, comfortable rooms and furnished in a truly lovely way. I will come back.

A little paradise nestled in the hills of Senigallia, 5 minutes from the sea and 5 from the center. Great place for moments of relaxation. As soon as the owners introduce themselves, better defined later as friends, you feel at home. The rooms and common areas are super comfortable, I believe that every evening in that very comfortable bed I passed out each time! Andrea and Elisa are exceptional, attentive to every detail and every need of the guests. More than a vacation, it was an experience. I would put it in first place for everything, especially for the sense of relaxation it leaves you with. Great guys. The kindness of Elisa's mom, top. Oh, I forgot, great company of Doyle, Pachina and Titobaldo.

Very comfortable, peace and tranquility because it is immersed in the enchanting Marche countryside but 5 km from the center and the highway. Comfortable and furnished with great taste and exceptional originality. Very friendly, kind and helpful hosts, what else to say: Highly recommended!

We landed in this oasis of peace in search of relaxation and peace, and we found exactly what we were looking for: peace, hospitality, cleanliness, and a fantastic breakfast. Our little girl fell in love, we were so comfortable that we even spent an evening outdoors chatting with ice cream and guitar. Situato sulla collina di Senigallia, è immerso nella natura e nel verde. I proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità con torte fatte in casa dalla mamma della proprietaria.

Andrea, Elisa e Maria sono gentilissimi, attenti ad inquadrare le esigenze di ogni ospite..semplicemente spettacolari. Ideale per chi cerca e sa apprezzare luoghi con sapore vero. Comodo al centro di Senigallia [circa 3 km], ma i 400 mt di strada ghiaiata permettono di "staccare" completamente per essere in una nuova dimensione. Per me, incallito del TV, è stato un vero "toccasana" non averlo. Conto sicuramente di tornare. Un caro saluto Fabrizio e Giuditta

Il posto è molto familiare e tranquillo. È immerso nel verde ma a pochissimi minuti di macchina sia dalla città che dalla spiaggia. Ideale per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura. La struttura può ospitare poche persone pertanto questo garantisce tranquillità ma soprattutto cura nella pulizia. I gestori sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Si respira un clima davvero rilassante.

Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato presso la Pennica la prima settimana di agosto. L'abbiamo trovato per caso dopo una lunga ricerca in occasione del summer jamboree. E per fortuna! ! la casa è intima e arredata con gusto. il panorama incantevole e distante quanto basta dal caos del lungomare posso garantire che dopo una nottata brava poter dormire qualche ora nella quiete è fondamentale. La struttura è pulita e la disponibilità all'uso della casa totale. ma il top di gamma sono stati i proprietari: elisa, Andrea e la fantastica signora Anna. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevolissimo e curato la permanenza con cordialità e cortesia. In definitiva metterò una pessima recensione così sono sicura che l'anno prossimo ci sarà ancora una camera libera per me!) Scherzo Davvero impeccabili. lo consiglio caldamente. Claudia.
