Immersed in the marvelous Parco del Conero, 700 meters from the beach, from the seafront of the renowned Riviera del Conero, the Farmhouse - Country House le Grange boasts a panoramic and unique position with sea view, Monte Conero and Loreto. It is located in Marcelli di Numana and is the right place for those who love tranquility just steps from the sea, services and amenities. Le Grange has a swimming pool with hydromassage, air-conditioned rooms and in summer provides a free beach place.

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Overall very welcoming farmhouse, thanks also to the friendliness and availability of Mrs. Cristina and her son Leon. The structure is well positioned. The pool is beautiful and clean, not very large but sufficient to cool off and relax after a day at the sea. We stayed in the Tamburi cottage, spacious and equipped with all comforts, including a powerful mini fridge and two air conditioners. Beautiful is the location where breakfast is served by the very friendly and caring Margherita. Large parking lot. My overall judgment can only be very good, but I feel the need to make some observations, as there is always room for improvement. Considering the price (it's true we stayed during the mid-August period, so the most expensive) of the B&B formula, there are some things that in my opinion could be improved. Breakfast: too repetitive and unbalanced towards sweet, it doesn't leave room for local specialties. The salty part should be developed more; also, with a simple milk frother, the cappuccinos would be better. The room: the bed is too low and creaky, with a mattress that is too soft. One pillow per guest (two additional pillows would have been appreciated, maybe memory foam for the neck). The bathroom: the unstable toilet seat is extremely annoying; towel hooks are missing, the ladder used is not very functional and takes up space in an objectively small bathroom. Towels could be of better quality and shower towels should be larger. Parking: shelters or more shaded areas would have been appreciated.

I usually never leave reviews, but this place really deserves it!\nLe Grange del Conero is located in a great position: it feels like being in the middle of nowhere, but in reality, everything is just a few minutes away! I was looking for a quiet location that would allow me to visit Conero, and this farmhouse was truly perfect!\n\nRoom (with private entrance) with enough space to move around, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, and a quite comfortable bathroom!\n\nAbundant breakfast, with fresh products and served (weather permitting) outdoors!\n\Clean pool proportionate to the structure, with sun loungers available, perfect for an afternoon of relaxation!\n\A special mention to Cristina and her collaborators: attentive, kind, and discreet!\n\nIf you are looking for a quiet place to use as a starting point to visit Conero and to relax a bit away from the world, this is the right place for you!

Soggiorno di coppia in location super, gestori simpatici, discreti e sempre disponibili a fornire indicazioni su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti convenzionati dove gustare specialità tipiche della zona. Ottima e comoda posizione rispetto alla spiaggia, fresca e ventilata! Camera pulita e confortevole con letto comodo ed insonorizzata grazie agli spessi muri mantenuti con la ristrutturazione. Bella piscina e ampi spazi ove rilassarsi. Per non parlare della colazione all'aperto o chiuso, ma chi aveva voglia di stare al chiuso? Meglio fuori con la compagnia di Bracco, il cagnolone mascotte! Un ringraziamento a Cristina e Giorgio che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Ho sempre adorato la zona del Conero ed ora ancora di più! Arrivederci a presto!

Splendido casale, sapientemente restaurato e suddiviso per ospitare i turisti. Panorama incantevole e per chi come noi ha soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto si sono potuti ammirare i fuochi d'artificio di + località restando lontani dal traffico e del caos del lungo mare. Vacanza adatta sia per chi voleva la pace sia per chi vuole la vita del lungomare a 700 metri, da nn credere che in soli 700 metri si possano avere 2 mondi completamente diversi.

L'agriturismo è situato in ottima posizione, in un'ampia area verde, curata e con simpatici angoli per il relax, con una grande e gradita piscina dove ci si incontra per un tè (ops una sangria !) con gli altri ospiti. Le Grange sono state una piacevole sorpresa che ha confermato e superato le nostre aspettative ! La spiaggia é facilmente raggiungibile: la struttura mette a disposizione ombrellone e lettini e un ampio parcheggio auto, tutto compreso nel prezzo. I gestori, Cristina e Giorgio (e il dolce cane Bracco), sono accoglienti e disponibili a fornire informazioni e rendono l'ambiente familiare. Ci é stata assegnata una camera al primo piano, graziosa, sufficientemente confortevole anche se con arredi da rinnovare. Un consiglio: creare un punto comodo dove poter stendere i panni, all'aperto. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno e ci auguriamo di avere la possibilità di ritornare alle Grange.
