The two spacious and bright rooms are designed to ensure a comfortable stay. With private entrances, refrigerators, televisions, ceiling fans, and adjacent private bathrooms, they offer guests a warm and relaxing welcome. During the warmer months, breakfast is served outdoors, at tables in the garden or courtyard, featuring homemade products such as yogurt, fruit juices, bread, and local pastries.

The strategic location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo, and Numana, as well as the trails of the Conero Park and renowned food and wine routes. A short drive away are historic and cultural towns like Recanati, Loreto, Osimo, and Offagna.

The B&B is situated in a quiet residential area, just 1.5 km from the center of Numana and 1 km from the sea, which can be reached with a scenic ten-minute walk through the countryside or by a convenient free bus service connecting the beaches of Numana and Marcelli. Hey, I'm Luca & Anastasia

I'm Luca, and I manage this small business, which is actually our home, along with Anastasia, the true "head" of the operation. I'm originally from Bologna, but I moved to Numana after falling in love with the wonders of the Marche region: the scent of the sea, the countryside with its authentic flavors (the delightful wine), and... Anastasia (a local). We live with our two children on a hill just a short walk from the sea, in a peaceful spot where the silence is mostly broken by the songs of birds. During the winter, Numana becomes quiet, but it's a perfect time to explore the art and traditions of the old Marche villages. Are you as curious as I am?
