Casa Soresina was born from the desire to share a special place, chosen in 1980 for its peaceful location in the Marche hills, just a few minutes from the sea. Always a gathering spot for friends and travelers, it has naturally evolved into a cozy guesthouse, where every detail is tended to with care. The property is situated about 300 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery and offering views that stretch from Monte Conero to, on clearer days, the mountains of Croatia.

The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated with character, featuring antique furniture selected over years of searching and personal touches that create unique environments. Each room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a minibar; some even provide a dressing room. Small pets are welcome, while smoking indoors is prohibited.

The day at Casa Soresina begins with breakfast made from predominantly organic and locally sourced ingredients, served on the porch when weather permits. Fresh bread, homemade jams, cakes, tarts, local cured meats, and cheeses create a communal experience that changes daily, based on seasonal availability and the creativity of Cristiana, the hostess. For her, cooking is about experimentation and fun, and she is eager to share her culinary creations with guests.

The large garden extends into the countryside, featuring fruit trees, olive trees, medicinal herbs, and a small vegetable garden that supplies many of the breakfast items. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, read, sip on homemade herbal tea, or engage in outdoor activities. More active guests can take advantage of nearby walking and Nordic walking trails or play tennis on the private synthetic grass court.

Casa Soresina is committed to environmental sustainability: it has recently been renovated with low-impact systems, solar panels for hot water, and photovoltaic panels that make it nearly energy self-sufficient. The hospitality is directly managed by Cristiana, a passionate traveler with in-depth knowledge of the area, always ready to recommend itineraries, restaurants, and hidden gems to explore.

Located just over a kilometer from the medieval village of Offagna, Casa Soresina is also an excellent starting point for visiting the wonders of the Marche region. Osimo, Recanati, Loreto, Ancona, and the Conero Riviera are easily reachable by car, offering experiences that blend nature, history, art, and gastronomy.
