Nestled in the lush greenery of a centuries-old olive grove, this family-run bed & breakfast provides a cozy haven of tranquility between the hills and the sea. Our olive grove, boasting 300 trees, is dominated by a centuries-old specimen recognized as the finest olive tree in the Marche region. It’s the perfect spot for those seeking peace and relaxation in the countryside, surrounded by natural colors and scents, as well as for those wishing to enjoy the authentic products we carefully prepare, served at breakfast under a welcoming shelter surrounded by flowers and olive trees.

During the summer months, guests can take advantage of the octagonal swimming pool, where they can cool off and enjoy moments of pure relaxation. In the spacious garden, there are comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun, making it the ideal place to recharge after a day at the beach. Our B&B's strategic location allows easy access to charming tourist destinations like Senigallia, known for its famous velvet beach, and the stunning Conero Riviera. For hiking enthusiasts, the historic towns of Urbino, Gradara, San Leo, and the spectacular Frasassi Caves are also within a short distance.

Breakfast is served with a generous buffet until 10:30, featuring homemade pastries such as croissants, tarts, and jams, along with warm bread, coffee, milk, tea, and seasonal fruit. Upon request, a savory breakfast with local cured meats and cheeses is also available, accompanied by the excellent oil from our olive grove. To enhance our hospitality, four-legged friends are welcome to join you in this nature-immersed experience.

Breakfast is served at outdoor tables surrounded by the lush greenery of the garden. Guests can enjoy a selection of artisanal products, including fresh bread (ranging from simple to those enriched with seeds), homemade jams, delicious croissants, tarts, cakes, and yogurt. To complement the meal, milk, coffee, tea, and fruit juices are available. On a day of our choosing, a savory breakfast option will also be offered to diversify the menu.

To enhance the guests' experience and provide an additional moment of wellness, it is possible to book holistic treatments, including foot reflexology, relaxing massages, and decontracting massages. These treatments are performed by a certified holistic practitioner and take place under the main olive tree, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. Foot reflexology stimulates reflex points in the feet through pressure techniques, promoting improved blood and lymphatic circulation, reducing stress, and restoring psychological and physical balance. The Sea Malay massage, on the other hand, uses slow, ritualistic movements to induce deep relaxation, helping to alleviate stress and promote sleep, while also addressing physical and energetic aspects. The decontracting massage with aromatherapy utilizes essential oils like lavender and rosemary, working on both the body and mind to release muscle tension and enhance circulation, thereby fostering a recovery of vitality and overall well-being.
