This recently built establishment is located within a peaceful countryside home that is part of the family-run farm, ensuring guests an authentic and relaxing stay.

The three double rooms, elegantly furnished and meticulously designed, are perfect for couples, nature enthusiasts, and business travelers. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, television, air conditioning, and heating. Bed and bath linens are provided during the stay.

The Marcelli beach and the “Numana Blu” beach club can be reached with a pleasant walk of less than 15 minutes through a wooded path, making it ideal for those who love relaxation and hiking. By car, it takes only about 5 minutes to reach the town center and the beach.
