Description
Cottage renovated, cozy and well furnished, located on the slopes of the Blue Mountains, about 4 km from the medieval village of San Ginesio and just 10 km from the spa town of Sarnano. Villa Sabrina offers its guests pleasant stays in harmony with nature and excellent value for money.

In the morning we serve abundant breakfasts, always with croissants, pastries, biscuits, milk, tea, coffee, toast, honey, jams and nutella, juices of futta and bread, meats and cheeses.

The area is very well served by bars, restaurants, characteristic of good Marche cuisine and supermarkets. Many ideas to spend pleasantly your weekends, the archaeological site of Urbisaglia, the lake of Fiastra, the Abbadia di Fiastra (NATURE RESERVE) the Sferisterio di Macerata, the area of San Liberato, Loro Piceno and many other activities that they can do outdoor such as riding stables, trekking, and adventure park.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 25 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 24 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Villa Sabrina nel weekend di agosto 2016. Contesto unico e tranquillo molto rilassante, immerso nel verde con vista sui campi di girasole. Camere pulite e ben arredate, fantastica la piscina. La colazione abbondante così come le cene. Grande disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari Lucilla e Lorenzo nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e per i consigli sui vari luoghi da visitare.

Siamo andati a Villa Sabrina per un tranquillo weekend in famiglia con le nostre 3 bimbe (7, 4 e 4 anni) ed abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime giornate godendoci sia la natura che il comfort della casa che è davvero molto bella e accogliente, approfittando di un ottimo pacchetto che includeva anche un percorso relax in un vicino centro benessere. Già in fase di prenotazione la signora Lucilla si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste, sia per il pernottamento che per i menù di pranzo e cena che abbiamo concordato in anticipo. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con grande cortesia (siamo arrivati in bus, e ci è venuta a prendere alla fermata), abbiamo alloggiato in due ampie camere con bagno riservato, ed essendo gli unici ospiti abbiamo potuto utilizzare anche il bel salotto per le serate di "cinema in famiglia". La cucina era ottima e abbondante, con prodotti locali di prima qualità, molto apprezzati anche dalle bimbe! Quando io e mio marito siamo andati al centro benessere per 2 ore (che meraviglia!) le bimbe sono rimaste con Lucilla e la sua famiglia, hanno fatto una bella passeggiata, merenda e poi un po' di tv. Al momento di partire le bimbe non volevano lasciare la "loro casetta" ma abbiamo promesso, molto volentieri, che torneremo quando farà più caldo e potranno andare in piscina. Lucilla ci ha preparato anche panini e bibite per il viaggio di ritorno, per poi riaccompagnarci a prendere il bus, più coccolati di così non si poteva! Un caro saluto a Lucilla e a tutta la famiglia, e a presto!

I am a simple person, solar and for me the customer must be cuddled and looked after as a child, so I try to satisfy as much as possible any requests and needs. I thought, that in a world of stress, there was a need for an oasis of peace and at the same time, I organized myself to provide a dynamic alternative to those who want sports and adventure such as trekking, the Park Adventure, horse riding, and mountainbike tours we offer local products, so if you want a home-made snack just ask!
