Excellent! Fantastic. We had a more than perfect stay at every level.\n\nThe owners are very attentive and helpful. We were satisfied with the warm welcome that Silvana and Franco reserved for us, kind and admirable people.\n\nVery nice decorated room, cleanliness is impeccable, breakfast is plentiful, with quality homemade products.\n\nThe property is quiet, reserved, located near the sea, the city center, highways, the countryside, many small villages.\n\nVery good value for money.\n\nWe will keep a very good memory of our visit and highly recommend it.

Great structure and manager. Unfortunately, breakfast (cappuccino + croissant) must be consumed at a bar 1 km away from the property. The price could therefore be lower.

Di conseguenza il prezzo è stato più basso! Saluti

Everything perfect, we chose this Bed and Breakfast because it was halfway through a long planned trip and close to the A14 motorway exit. Outside the area is not the best but once inside the gate you can see a well-kept structure immersed in greenery. Excellent, highly recommended.

Highly recommended because it's close to the highway exit of Termoli and very convenient to reach southern Italy. The property is very charming and well taken care of by the very kind owners. Beautiful rooms.

I stayed with my husband at this property for 4 nights, and I must say that the choice couldn't have been better: first for the location, easy to find as it is very close to the highway exit and yet very quiet and peaceful, secondly just a few minutes from the center of Termoli and its beaches. The rooms are one more beautiful than the other, furnished with excellent taste by Mrs. Silvana who pays great attention to the smallest details and very clean. What can I say about the breakfasts: excellent and plentiful. Silvana is a great pastry chef, she delighted us every morning with various types of sweets and cookies prepared by her, of which we still feel nostalgic. In all this, she is assisted by her husband, who is very helpful and kind. Definitely a place to recommend and possibly return to. Thank you again.

Perfect B&B. Very kind and welcoming staff, and Silvana is excellent in making sweets. Perfect location, just a minute from the highway exit. Wonderful place, fantastic garden, and pet-friendly. I stayed one night with my two dogs and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed at this splendid accommodation a few days ago. The location is optimal as it is located at the highway exit and a few kilometers from Termoli. The management is family-run, well-kept, and the owners very kind. They made us feel right at home. Good breakfast with products prepared by Mrs. Silvana. We had the pleasure of staying one night in this magnificent facility. Mrs. Silvana and her husband were extremely caring in everything, pampering us with a very rich homemade breakfast by Mrs. better than that of a 5-star Resort! Room and location out of a thousand and one nights, all carefully detailed, excellent cleaning. No effort to find the way without a navigator. Even our Labrador thanks for the courtesy, kindness, and hospitality! Excellent value for money.

Ottima posizione all'uscita dell'autostrada. Struttura molto carina e confortevole. La signora Silvana è molto gentile. Abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. La signora ha addirittura preparato una torta senza glutine per nostra figlia celiaca. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Molto comodo rispetto all'autostrada. Appena fuori da Termoli. La signora silvana è la persona che vorresti sempre trovare quando arrivi in un B&B.

Da una prenotazione casuale navigando in internet abbiamo trovato accoglienza, gentilezza e cortesia da parte della Signora Silvana che ci ha ricevuti con cordialità, ospitalità ed un sorriso indimenticabile. La struttura ben tenuta e pulita mette a disposizione delle camere confortevoli, e come dimenticare le torte messe a disposizione per la colazione ed anche per un peccato di gola prima di andare a letto. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo caldamente.

Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito una notte per "spaccare" l'andata in Salento. La posizione vicinissima all'autostrada per noi era essenziale. La struttura è molto carina e tranquilla e Silvana è davvero gentilissima e piena di attenzioni per tutti gli ospiti. La consiglio vivamente anche a chi deve trascorrere qualche giornata in zona come base per dormire.

Il paradiso! Accolti da Silvana, il gestore, con un caloroso sorriso. Ambienti nuovi, pulitissimi, ordinati e arredati con ottimo gusto, con particolare attenzione agli accostamenti cromatici. Tutte le stanze sono diverse una dall'altra. Colazione abbondante e molto varia (frutta fresca, succhi, fette biscottate, bevande calde, cornetti freschissimi di pasticceria..) servita in veranda. Posto veramente rilassante, ideale sia per una breve sosta che per soggiorni più lunghi.

Molto comodo per chi è di passaggio, a soli 600 metri dal casello di Termoli, ma molto silenzioso. La colazione con paste fresche e frutta fresca è ottima e ebbondante!

Capita di vedere delle foto e poi non trovare effettivamente il posto che si credeva, ma non è questo il caso. Soggiornare qui è stato perfetto, abbiamo trovato cordialità e disponibilità massima dai gestori, la camera, e in generale gli spazi comuni, sono accoglienti e pulitissimi. Purtroppo il clima non ci ha permesso di vivere il giardino ma recupereremo il mese prossimo perché torneremo sicuramente lì.
