Struttura molto curata in una posizione incantevole. Siamo stati ospiti per soli tre giorni ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere Cristina ed il marito due persone squisite che accolgono gli ospiti con discrezione e tanto, tantissimo affetto. Grazie di tutto e sicuramente a presto rivederci!

La struttura è senza dubbio molto bella e tenuta bene, immersa nel verde con un panorama meraviglioso. Si trova circa a metà strada tra Petacciato e Termoli. I gestori sono persone gentilissime. Se dovessi tornare in Molise ci tornerei di sicuro.

Il Podere si affaccia sul mare dall'alto di una collina e offre una vista mozzafiato (la quale già da sola vale il prezzo del biglietto!). Panorama, silenzio e tranquillità, lontano dal caos cittadino è quello che cercavamo per una vacanza in famiglia. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario. L'accoglienza dei gestori è stata ottima. La piscina, con vista sulle Tremiti, pur non molto grande, ci ha offerto momenti di relax straordinario. Dal Podere si raggiungono velocemente Termoli e Vasto nonché le spiagge molisane e dell'Abruzzo meridionale. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Grazie davvero e complimenti!

Stupenda struttura con vista mare davvero incantevole. Unica pecca la posizione che obbliga sempre a muoversi in macchina. Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale lilla: completo di tutti i comfort e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e funzionale, l'unico difetto è quello di non avere accesso diretto all'esterno ma è dotato di un balconcino dove si può mangiare. Struttura consigliatissima anche per la gentilezza dei gestori. A completare il tutto la piscina a disposizione.

Struttura situata in posizione tranquilla che permette di riposarsi e dormire lontano da qualsiasi rumore. Bellissima la visuale panoramica che da sul mare infondendo sensazione di rilassamento. Nel prato sottostante tavoli sedie sdraio e quanto utile per prendere il sole e respirare aria di mare se non si vuole scendere al mare. L'unica nota dolente assenza di piscina, ma i proprietari sostavano organizzando per questo. Sicuramente il prossimo anno torneremo e troveremo la piscina

Paesaggi meravigliosi, sembrava di passeggiare in un quadro di Van Gogh. La posizione del podere da la possibilità di godere in ogni momento della giornata della vista sul mare; alba e tramonto incantevoli. Il giardino che circonda struttura rispecchia la gentilezza ed il garbo dei proprietari, discreti ed ospitali. Che altro dire...arrivederci all'anno prossimo Silvia Angelo e Giulia

In realtà ho soggiornato in un appartamento di proprietà dei gestori in paese a Petacciato. Prezzo onesto e bell'appartamento. In 8 minuti di auto in spiaggia.

Il nostro soggiorno (due adulti e due bambini) è durato due settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è una gioia per gli occhi, curata nei particolari senza essere inutilmente pretenziosa: immersa nel verde, a 10 minuti (veri) di auto dalla spiaggia di Petacciato Marina. Il nostro appartamento (Rosa) è ben arredato, pulitissimo, curato nelle finiture, dotato di tutti i comfort, con la sola eccezione dell'aria condizionata (e della lavatrice). Siamo stati veramente bene, i proprietari si sono resi immediatamente disponibili quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno (si tratta di persone molto educate e gentili) e troviamo che un soggiorno al Podere Sul Mare sia adattissimo a chiunque cerchi una vacanza tranquilla e lontana da ogni fonte di stress. Per noi bellissima scoperta e speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Grazie.
