Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 16 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 15 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Kindness and cordiality of the owners at the highest levels, as well as the cleanliness of the structure located in a strategic position a stone's throw from Turin. Breakfast included, I would say excellent, in other words we will happily return.

With pleasure, I write this review of the Anna B&B, where my whole family (5 of us) stayed for a weekend in March. We were really pleased with both the structure and the welcoming attitude and availability of the owners, Anna and Mario. And it is from them that I want to start the review: they are a couple of exquisite courtesy, caring towards the guests, but without being intrusive, they make you feel at home and it's as if you've known them for a long time. Talking to them is truly a pleasure, people who love life and have traveled the world, so it's easy to talk about many topics and exchange ideas. Also very helpful for advice on tourist itineraries. The breakfast is a strong point: very abundant, prepared on the spot, with warm crepes and freshly baked pie, all with great attention also to the requests and tastes of the guests. The structure is in Moncalieri, with free parking on the small street in front, in a residential area. Very easy to reach the center of Turin in a few minutes. The house is beautiful, well furnished, spotlessly clean. Our room was the quintuple, on the top floor attic, very comfortable. In reality, more than a room, it's a mini apartment, divided into 2 large areas (rooms) with a double bed and TV in one and 3 beds, desk, wardrobes in the other, completing the "room" a well-furnished and comfortable bathroom. Congratulations to Anna and Mario, for us it will be a reference point on Turin.

We couldn't have found a better place. The owners are very kind, welcoming and clean, they found us restaurants for lunch and dinner, organized tours to visit Moncalieri, Turin and the outskirts. Struttura bellissima gestita veramente bene, disponibilità massima, pulizia 10 e poco meriterebbe di più, peccato non aver potuto conoscere anche la proprietaria ma vi garantisco che la figlia è molto educata e professionale, sono sicuro che ci tornerò ancora. Siamo rimasti nel B&B Anna per tre notti e ci siamo trovati come a casa nostra ottima la colazione, l'ambiente, la pulizia, l'accoglienza e i consigli per vedere i luoghi più belli di Torino che i padroni di casa hanno saputo darci. Siamo stati accolti e coccolati in modo fantastico. Ambienti caldi, pulitissimi ed accoglienti, che rappresentano perfettamente i padroni di casa. La gentilezza e la cortesia sono le parole d'ordine di Anna e Mario, che sono anche fantastici organizzatori di itinerari e ottimi suggeritori di locali in cui poter cenare. A colazione siamo stati viziati da Anna con le sue fantastiche torte, senza parlare di tutte le altre bontà che metteva in tavola. Siamo stati veramente benissimo e speriamo ci sarà un'altra occasione per andare da quelle parti e sicuramente alloggeremo nuovamente da loro, nel frattempo abbiamo già fatto loro una buona "recensione" tra i nostri amici.

Ho soggiornato col mio papà per una notte in questo splendido B&B. Inutile dire che la casa è bellissima, piena di calore, profumata d'arte grazie ai meravigliosi quadri della Signora Anna, arredata con gusto nei mimimi dettagli, pulizia ottima, camere confortevoli e davvero graziose. La posizione è ottima poiché fuori dal traffico di Torino che resta comunque facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto. Da sottolineare la gentilezza, cortesia, generosità estrema dei proprietari veramente attenti ad ogni esigenza dei loro ospiti, pronti a dare ottimi consigli e aiuto al bisogno. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nel bellissimo B&B gestito dalla signora Anna e sua figlia Erika. Erika ci ha accolti con grande cortesia e familiarità. La casa è bellissima, noi avevamo la camera più grande ed era veramente coccola. Al mattino abbiamo fatto colazione nel salone e non mancava nulla. Se ci sarà l'occasione di tornare a Torino, so dove andare a dormire. Lo consiglio vivamente.
