Nestled among the lush hills of the picturesque "five lakes" area in the municipality of Ivrea, this bed and breakfast is situated in a historic residence from the late 18th century, renovated in 2010 to provide modern comforts while honoring rural traditions.

The establishment features two spacious rooms: a 25 sqm double room and a 35 sqm quadruple room, both equipped with private bathrooms, as well as a large kitchen. Guests enjoy independent access without time restrictions, ensuring maximum freedom of movement. Located on the ground floor, the guest area is easily accessible for individuals with disabilities.

The expansive surrounding green park offers a peaceful oasis, complete with private parking and perfect spots for relaxing outdoors. Just a short distance away, trails through the woods lead to Lake Campagna and the swimming areas of Lake Sirio, ideal for nature walks.

The historic center of Ivrea is only 1.5 km away, and the highway entrance can be reached in just a few minutes by car, making this location an excellent base for exploring the region. Small pets are welcome.
