The bed and breakfast is located in the area of Ivrea, an ancient roman city. To this day, Ivrea represents the cultural and economic centre of the Canavese region.

Our house dates from the late 18th century and is situated among the beautiful hills surrounding the five lakes.

The original structure of the house was restored to accomodate three large bedrooms with personal bathroom as well as a traditional kitchen.

The part of the house where the B&B stands is located at the ground floor and it is easily accessible for disabled persons.

The rooms have direct access to a garden. Guests are free to come and go at any time, and the rooms entrances are indipendent.

Perking is available, and small animals are welcome.

The city centre and the hospital are 1. 5 km far away.

The train station is 2 km and the highway is 4 km far away.

Landscape lovers will be enchented by charming walks leading to lake Cascinette and to the summer resorts of lake Sirio.

In a world tuned for families with at most 2 children, travelling with three children is not an easy task. Cascina Moncrava was a wonderful surprise: nice location, close to the five lakes and not far from the city centre of Ivrea. The room was tastefully furnished and Antonella is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good and the prices are fair. What else you need? I definitely recommend it!

Spacious, clean rooms and beautiful setting. I loved the possibility to eat outside in the garden. The in keeper was friendly and attentive. The location is near to a lake where you can swim and there are 4 others to visit. I will recommend this place to other people.

Propriétaire très agréable et très accueillante La literie est parfaite. Nous avons adoré échanger avec la propriétaire qui parle bien Français. De bons conseils pour le restaurant et le lac.

Nous avons adoré le lieu, les propriétaires Antonella et Massimo, leur humanité, charme, écoute et disponibilité et sommes aussi tombé amoureux de la région d'Ivréa et de Canavese, de ces lacs, forêts, et sous le charme de ces vignobles, ces oliveraies (et oui incroyable si près de notre Valais) et ces innombrables chemins dont nous avons parcourus quelques-uns pendant les 5 jours que nous avons passés à Moncrava. Grande gentillesse et disponibilité d'Antonella. Bons conseils sur les restaurants alentour. Etablissement dans un environnement très calme, à deux pas du lac Sirio et seulement moins de 10 minutes du centre d'Ivréa.

B&B à 10 minutes de l'autoroute, 1/2 heure de Milan et 1h d'Aoste. Site calme et reposant, hôtesse paisible faisant l'effort de parler français, petit-déjeuner personnalisé et avec du pain fait maison. Assortiment de thés et d'infusions à disposition dans la chambre ainsi qu'un frigo et une bouteille d'eau fraîche. Petits flacons de gel douche et de shampoing fournis. Lieu très soigné à proximité de plusieurs petits lacs avec bases nautiques et possibilités de pique nique.

Magnifique demeure restaurée avec beaucoup de goût. Chambres très spacieuses avec beaucoup de cachet. Très bons matelas. Jardin avec abri couvert à disposition des trois chambres. Antonella la propriétaire est charmante. A coup sûr, nous reviendrons. Seul petit, tout petit bémol: pas assez de place pour étendre les linges de bains dans la chambre à 4; nous avons eu un temps humide et pluvieux ce week-end, les serviettes ne séchaient pas et ne sentaient pas très bon. Sinon, tout était parfait. Merci Antonella. Michèle.

Buen ejemplo de lo que deberían ser todos los alojamientos de este tipo. Desde la llegada con un amable y generoso recibimiento. Una tarde extremadamente calurosa compensada con un viejo y maravilloso casón y sobre todo la amabilidad de Antonella, la propietaria, que nos recibió con una copa de vino blanco que nos supo a gloria. La habitación amplia, límpia y muy acogedora. Y el desayuno rico y generoso. Enhorabuena y gracia a Antonella por la grata experiencia.

Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ben curate nei dettagli. Struttura attenta all'ambiente: nessuna stoviglia in plastica usa e getta, solo vetro e ceramica (anche in camera e bagno). Raccolta differenziata in cucina. Colazione di buona qualità, dolce e salata.

Antonella e multe gentile, l'arredamento e elegante, la cappella (la stanza) e unica e straordinario e speciale. La colazione era abbondante. Ci vogliono 10 minuti per raggiungere a piedi la riva del lago Sirio. Chiedi ad Antonelle della strada segreta!

La struttura è strepitosa: camere molto ampie, arredate con gusto e con cura per i dettagli, pulitissime (particolare degno di nota: una delle camere è stata ricavata in una cappella del '700); in giardino ci sono sedie e tavolini per ogni camera e una zona sotto un portico per fare colazione all'aria aperta, stagione permettendo. La colazione è molto abbondante, con prodotti freschi e genuini, tra cui un ottimo pane fatto in casa dalla proprietaria (Antonella). Antonella è una padrona di casa molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile; la sua cura fa sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Siamo stati benissimo!

Davvero tutto perfetto. La camera cappella dove abbiamo soggiornato è una vera e propria suite. Antonella gentilissima e molto cordiale. Consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca un contatto autentico con il luogo che visita.

La Cascina è meravigliosa, ben ristrutturata. La stanze sono dei mini-appartamenti, molto accoglienti e spaziosi, caldi e piacevoli. Antonella e suo marito sono molto simpatici. Colazione varia e buona.
