Hey, I'm Luciano & Maurizio

We have a deep love for cycling, good food, and of course, fine wines. We have renovated our grandparents' old house, where we spent our childhood summers playing among the vineyards, honoring tradition and using only original materials like terracotta, stone, and iron. Wherever possible, we have preserved the vintage floors, ancient beams, and original furniture and fixtures, maintaining the authentic essence of this place. This is not a home for those in search of luxury or maximum comfort; rather, it is a retreat for those who desire a simple and genuine atmosphere, set in a rustic environment that tells stories of the past. Here, one can rediscover forgotten sensations, such as the aroma of coffee in the morning, freshly baked bread in the kitchen, or the scent of an apple pie wafting through the air, ready for breakfast. This is the true spirit of Cà San Ponzio: a warm, authentic hospitality made up of little things that make every stay special.

Area Campagna

We invite you to Cà San Ponzio, a traditional farmhouse set in the tranquility of hazelnut groves and centuries-old vineyards, located in the heart of the Langhe, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore an extraordinary area where gastronomy intertwines with culture and history, providing unique experiences.

The Langhe is renowned for its white truffle, the prized Tuber Magnatum Pico, as well as some of the most famous wines in the world, such as Barbera, Nebbiolo, and especially Barolo, often referred to as the King of wines and the wine of Kings. What makes this place even more special is its culinary tradition, rich in authentic flavors that can delight even the most discerning palates.

This enchanting landscape stretches across gentle hills dotted with charming villages, impressive castles, and ancient churches, weaving through historic locations such as Alba, Barolo, Serralunga, La Morra, Novello, Grinzane Cavour, and Cherasco. It is a magical region still waiting to be discovered, where time moves slowly and every moment invites you to experience the true essence of la dolce vita. We will be delighted to guide you in exploring authentic corners, offering tips to make your stay even more special.
