Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 3 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Casa Violetta is absolutely wonderful and our first B&B choice. The owners, Elvezio and Daniela, are fantastic hosts. The location is excellent. My husband and I have stayed at Casa Violetta many times and highly recommend.

The Casa Violeta is a very pleasant place to spend a few days. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast choice is wonderful and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If you are a golfer, it is conviently located near Bogogno and Castelconturbia and 30 minutes from La Robinie. It’s a great place to stay !

I have been in Casa Violetta several times. Comfortable spacious rooms are always clean, excellent breakfast, frendly managers. The high quality is consistent and I can very warmly recommend this.

Un accueil vraiment au top avec des hôtes aux petits soins qui nous ont indiqué un excellent restaurant dans un budget très correct et nous ont aidé pour notre visite du lendemain. La chambre était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner tout simplement royal et le prix plus que correct. Nous y retournerons !

Tout est absolument parfait. C’est la première fois que nous avons trouvé que le prix était presque trop bas par rapport à la qualité de l’accueil, de la chambre, de la maison en elle même, de la convivialité, du calme et surtout de la cordialité, l’écoute, la sympathie et le savoir faire des propriétaires. C’est vraiment un enchantement.

Proprietari gentili, accoglienti, e premurosi. Struttura bellissima, sembra di entrare in una fiaba, immersa nel verde, e poi addirittura anche la piscina... top! La pulizia e l'ordine sembra quasi incredibile. La colazione ricca, abbondante con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Ci voglio tornare presto, e ho già prenotato per Luglio. Sinceramente lo consiglio.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde a pochi chilometri dal lago Maggiore e dal lago d’Orta. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e relax. Appartamento ottimamente arredato, con ampi spazi e cura nei dettagli. Ottima anche la pulizia e una gestione premurosa e affabile completano il quadro generale.

Grazie Dr. Vitagliano, rammentiamo solo di prendere nota in fase di prenotazione e conferma delle caratteristiche e delle normative che regolano i B&B (case private) rispetto agli hotels (strutture pubbliche) ad esempio se il check-in è previsto dalle 14:00 presentandosi alle 09:30 sicuramente la camera non sarà disponibile, se la struttura deve chiudere alle 24:00 è probabile che rientrando mezzora dopo troviate chiuso e qualcuno stia appositamente ad attenderVi per riaprire. La struttura è veramente molto bella e i proprietari sono sempre molto disponibili e cortesi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca è nelle cameriere che rifanno le stanze e non controllano quali siano libere. Tutti i gg. Me le sono trovate in camera anche mentre ancora dormivo

Struttura molto vicina al Safari Park di Pombia e al Lago Maggiore. Abbiamo avuto un appartamento bilocale decisamente spazioso, la colazione merita un dieci e lode. Da visitare sicuramente con la bella stagione per sfruttare anche la piscina e le biciclette.

Una confortevolissima sistemazione per il capodanno con i proprietari che ci hanno accolto splendidamente. Bella la struttura ed ottima la prima colazione che ci è stata servita nonostante fossimo decisamente in ritardo il primo dell'anno. Ci siamo sentiti meglio che a casa nostra e ritorneremo di sicuro in estate ! Ancora grazie. Marina e Paolo.

Veramente un inaspettato servizio di 5 stelle. Colazione a dir poco ottima con anche affettati, formaggio e uova con bacon; dolci strepitosi. La camera è molto grande, oltre al frigobar gratuito ha anche vari infusi a disposizione. La posizione è a metà strada tra i laghi e Malpensa, vicino al golf di Castel Conturbia. Credo meriti un lungo soggiorno nel periodo più caldo viste le varie possibilità offerte, piscina in primis.
