Dimora Cortese is in Castagnole delle Lanze, in the heart of Piedmont, on the border between Langhe and Monferrato, lands of great wines (such as Barbera, Barolo, Asti Spumante) and high-quality gastronomic traditions (Alba, with its famous white truffles, is just 20 kms from us).

We are about 80 kms away from Torino, 90 kms away from Ligurian coast and just about a 30 minute drive from Barolo, Canelli and Monferrato area.

Dimora Cortese is your best choise if you're looking for the peace of the Piedmontese countryside but with all the comforts of the town centre!

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Soggiorno andato benissimo, ci è piaciuto tantissimo il posto dove abbiamo alloggiato sia come struttura ben curata e caratteristica, l'appartamento molto accogliente, ben arredato e molto coccolo. Tutto molto pulito. La colazione abbondante e i dolci fatti in casa squisiti e vari! il Sig, Francesco è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e attento! Abbiamo passato dei gg molto tranquilli e rilassanti!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere questa struttura. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, dalle camere, all'accoglienza, alla colazione. Le torte fatte in casa erano davvero squisite. Tutto è molto pulito, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. A disposizione tutto il giorno acqua, caffè e tè. I gestori sono molto disponibili a dare indicazioni sul territorio e far scoprire la bellezza e le curiosità della loro terra e la loro gentilezza si respira fin dalla fase di prenotazione. Il parcheggio della struttura è comodissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piccola vasca idromassaggio nel giardino. Davvero tutto perfetto! Se avremo occasione soggiorneremo sicuramente ancora in questa fantastica dimora.

Dimora Cortese is located in the old town centre of Castagnole Lanze, at the foot of the Lookout Tower built around 1880 by Count Paolo Ballada of Saint-Robert in the place that once housed an ancient feudal castle. It is also a short walk from the impressive Baroque Church of San Peter in Chains (San Pietro in Vincoli).

At the beginning of Auberti Street, few meters after the Church of “Battuti Bianchi”, on your left you‘ll find an old gate which will open you the doors of our “Home”, with its unique and tasteful rooms.

A dwelling designed to give you moments of incomparable relaxation during your stay, carefully restored by the will of the owners who will be ready to welcome you with their warmth and kindness.

From the old arcade you enter the reception area and from there you can go into the spacious “Breakfast Room” or into the more intimate "Relax Room”. The stone staircase will take you to our four rooms, characterized by different colours perfectly blended with the surrounding context. Also on the upper floor a large covered terrace is the perfect place to relax on warm summer evenings, maybe drinking a good glass of local wine. A delicious green corner will brighten your stay: a wide garden will pamper your senses with a riot of sounds, colours and scents.
