Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Very friendly host. We had a great time. Location is good for relaxed mornings (outside area with nice chairs and daybeds). 5 km from Asti. Very good price quality!

A beautiful B&B with an excellent and charming host. Good rooms beautiful swimming pool, excellent breakfast. In the small place of Azzano are very few facilties. You always have to drive to get somewhere.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit großer Terrasse, Swimming Pool und geschmackvoller Inneneinrichtung. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit liebevollen Extras. Und eine besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Vivianna. Etwas abgelegen aber mit schöner Aussicht, besonders beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Gemeinschaftsbad mag ich eigentlich nicht, aber ich hatte das Glück, der einzige Gast zu sein und habe auf 5 Nächte verlängert. Herrlich, nach den Touren nach Asti, Alba oder Turin am Nachmittag o. Abend noch in den Pool zu springen.

Unsere Ferien im Locanda dei fiori war unvergesslich schön. Viviana ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer mit einer Terrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat, das Bad war sehr gross, mit ebenfalls einem Balkon, die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die ganze grüne und blumenreiche Gartenanlage mit dem grossen Pool sind fantastisch und laden so richtig zum ruhen, verweilen und erholen ein. Das reichhaltige, mit viel Liebe zubereitete Frühstück, haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Ein grosses Lob an Viviana und an ihre Familie für dieses erschaffene kleine Paradies!

B&B in Asti bei Viviane ist sehr hübsch gelegen. Tolle Aussicht, schöne Terrasse. Leider war das Zimmer in den Innenhof gelegen. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, es war nur ein Stuhl vorhanden, dafür eine Kinderwiege, die unnötig viel Platz einnimmt. An ausschlafen war nicht zu denken, da morgens ab 7 Uhr Auto/Traktor bewegt wurden und ab 8 Uhr die Dachdecker am gegenüberliegenden Haus zugange waren, (Schlafen bei offenem Fenster, ansonsten war es im Raum viel zu warm- wg. direkter Abendsonne). Großzügiges Bad mit guter Dusche. Das Frühstück war klasse und Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Gesamtbewertung 8 von 10.

Eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, wenn man das Piemont erkunden möchte! Wir hatten ein wunderbares Appartment und ein wirklich tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ! Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich aber unserer Gastgeberin Viviana aussprechen, der wir für ihre Gastfreundschaft und wirkliche freundliche und herzliche Art nochmal danken möchten.
