We had a lovely time at Villa Lucia. We loved the mountain views, cosiness and cleanliness of the property, responsive responses from the owner about our queries. There's also great Italian restaurant just 10 minutes away! Breakfast was also a spread! Very impressed with everything we had and we can't ask for a better b&b. Just wished we had more time there. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect! The hosts are very friendly and pleasant. The location is close to town's center, train station, restaurants and the world famous Balmetti. Room was very comfortable, large bathroom, skylights everywhere with tons of natural light, balcony off the room, beautiful views of the mountains and countryside around every corner, not to mention the beautiful garden around the villa. The town of Borgofranco is charming, peaceful and authentic! I can't wait to return one day...soon I hope. Thank you so much for everything Ms. Lucia!

Villa Lucia is right at the Via Francigena, big room, host was friendly and arranged an early breakfast for us.

We were positively surprised for the rooms and living room area. Luccia was a perfect host. Beds are very good, breakfast is fantastic, it's an homey experience. The location is close to a perfect swimming lake, lago cirio and to a Parco Aventura LaTurna, we're you also can picknick, relax and play with a restaurant Vertical Rock.

Une semaine très agréable passée chez Maria Lucia qui est très disponible, arrangeante et accueillante, toujours le sourire. La maison est d'une propreté absolue, chambre entretenue tous les jours, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. On reviendra avec grand plaisir! Merci.

Semplicemente quello che mi serviva per una notte, lasciando l'autovettura all'interno della villetta per non scaricarla dei bagagli. Perfetta la signora che mi ha accolto al risveglio con una colazione fantastica, che nemmeno in alcuni alberghi pluristellati. Unica pecca il caldo inaspettato a fine Settembre che mi ha costretto a dormire con il ventilatore acceso. Ma mi rendo conto che per questo la signora poteva poco.

La signora Lucia è fantastica, ci ha fatti sentire a casa. La colazione è abbondante e deliziosa. C'è il posto per parcheggiare davanti o dentro al cortile, il centro con ristoranti e supermercato è a pochi passi, la camera matrimoniale è grande con tutto il necessario. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto grazie alla signora Lucia !

Struttura ordinata, pulitissima, comoda e con ampio giardino usufruibile dagli ospiti. La signora Lucia è gentile e disponibile, chiacchiera con gli ospiti ed ha sempre un sorriso. Le sue colazioni sono abbondanti e con torte fatte in casa, oltre a molto altro. In zona c'è un parco avventura per grandi e piccoli e un bel lago. Unica pecca, se vogliamo trovarla, è la mancanza di aria condizionata ma effettivamente non ne abbiamo sentito la necessità nonostante fosse il 25 giugno.

Veloce, singolo pernottamento in struttura. La titolare gentilissima e pronta, la ringrazio sentitamente. Camera ampia, calda e luminosa. Letto molto comodo. Wi-fi molto buono. Colazione abbondante e varia. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Mi sento di segnalare solo la mancanza del bidet, dovuta alla sistemazione del bagno con un trituratore connesso a lavabo, doccia e WC; ne deriva quindi che ogni uso di questi tre determina la partenza molto rumorosa del trituratore (attenzione di notte quindi).

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde e nella quiete della natura. Camere molto accoglienti e comode, i proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili, mettono il cliente a suo agio. La signora Lucia ci ha coccolato ogni mattina con una colazione varia e squisita, con torte fatte con le sue mani. Consiglio vivamente questo bed and breakfast, dove riposare e rigenerarsi. Spero di ritornarci.
