The agritourism company Spridda is named after the location where it is situated, just a few kilometers from the port and airport of Olbia, easily accessible via the S.S. 125 Olbia - Palau. Nestled in the Gallura countryside, surrounded by myrtle and juniper, it provides an authentic experience of nature and local traditions.

Open year-round, the agriturismo stems from the extensive experience of the Muzzu family in farming and agriculture, aiming to reintroduce guests to the genuine flavors of Sardinia. Cheeses, cured meats, wines, and fine meats are central to a culinary offering that honors traditional recipes.

The heart of the establishment is an old 19th-century stazzo, which was once the home of a shepherd and a venue for celebrations and dances. It has been expertly renovated to welcome guests into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large granite fireplace and the juniper wood roof reflect the charm of the past, while a new building, also made of granite and wood, houses rooms with views of a lush meadow that blends harmoniously into the hilly landscape.

The spacious rooms are furnished in a traditional style with rustic charm, ensuring maximum comfort. They feature private entrances, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, and bed and bath linens, accommodating up to four guests.

In the surrounding area, visitors can explore archaeological sites, visit a well-known winery, or enjoy a stroll through the vineyards. For beach lovers, the Costa Smeralda, with its coves and emerald-colored beaches, is just a short distance away, offering breathtaking views in every season.

Paolo is the heart and soul of the agriturismo, with a deep passion for hands-on work, ranging from carpentry to masonry. Many of the structures that visitors can admire on-site are the result of his dedication and creativity. He enjoys spending time with guests, particularly during breakfast, in the afternoon, or in the evening, enhancing conversations with a glass of wine, a sip of myrtle liqueur, or a freshly prepared seadas. Walking in nature, being outdoors, and engaging in agricultural tasks are his passions, embodying the authenticity and warmth of Gallurese hospitality.
